Mimi katika vitu vilivyonishinda humu ni mabishani ya nani zaidi kati ya CCM na CHADEMA. Sasa nimeona bora nikufahamisheni Mwakyembe ambaye anajisifia kuwa mpinga rushwa mkubwa alivyokuwa fisadi na ushaidi wote nauweka hapa na kama kuna mtu anabisha aendelee.

Tuhuma zenyewe ni kama ifuatavyo:
1. Shirika la ndege la taifa (AIR TANZANIA) waliamua kukodisha ndege yenye umri wa miaka 32 aina ya B737-200 iliyozeeka na mbovu kutoka kampuni ya Africa Kusini inayoitwa Star Air Cargo.
2. Ndege hii ilianza kufanya kazi mwaka 1980 kule UK, na ilikuwa inatumiwa na kampuni inayoitwa BRITISH AIRTOURS na baada ya hapo ilikodishwa na mashirika zaidi ya 20 Ulaya na Latin America.
3. Mwakyembe, Menejimenti na bodi mpya ya ATC walikubali na kupitisha ukodishaji wa hii ndege kwa kiasi cha dola laki 2 (200,000 US Dollars) kwa mwezi katika miezi 3 ya awali ya ukodishaji kinyume na ushauri ambao Mwakyembe na maswahiba zake wa ATC walipewa.
4. Mkataba unaonyesha kuwa itabidi ndege hii itabidi iruke kwa masaa 150 kwa mwezi at a rate of $1,350 (kwa kila saa)
5. Mkataba unaendelea kusema kuwa ATC LAZIMA wagharimie gharamza zote za ma crew ambayo iko estimated to be in the region of a further $80 – $100 PER DAY & PER INDIVIDUAL !
(Katika mazingira ya kawaida msomaji utaona gharama ni ndogo lakini ukweli ni kubwa sana uzingatia kuwa ndege yeneyewe inasafiri kwenda sehem 3 tuu yaani kati ya Dar es Salaam – Kilimanjaro – Mwanza na hii yoye iko funded na walipakodi wa Tanzania).
Sasa ukweli ni kuwa kama kweli Mwakyembe & kundi lake wana nia nzuri wasingekubali dili hii ipitishwe kwa kuzingatia kuwa kwanza ndege inge cost less kuikodisha kuliko gharama ambazo hawa mafisadi wamepitisha, na pia hizi gharama za malipo kwa saa ni kubwa mno na hapa ndipo Mwakwembe na kundi lake la mafisadi wanakula zaidi kwenye huu mgao.
Suala lingine la kuzingatia hapa ni operating costs ambazo Mwakyembe & his crew wa ATC ni uhuni mtupu kwani ndege ina miaka 32 na gharama za uendeshaji na hasa za matumizi ya mafuta ni kubwa mno ukilinganisha ndege za kisasa.
Kwa msiojua ni kuwa gharama za mafuta (fuel costs) kwa kawaida zinachukua around 40% ya overall costs lakini kama shirika linatumia ndege za kizamani basi ni wazi kuwa gharama zitaongezeka zaidi. Na uhuni uliofanywa na ATC wakishirikiana na wahuni wenzao pale wizarani kwa Mwakwembe ni kupiga rangi hizi ndege wakati wakijua wazi kuwa walipa kodi wanataka kujua mikataba iko kwa maslahi ya taifa (NATIONAL INTEREST).
Moja kati ya maswali ya kujiuliza ni kwa nini Mwakyembe na ATC walikataa kuchukua ndege kama CRJ ambazo ni ndogo zaidi lakini zina fly economically lakini pia ni kubwa kiasi kiasi cha kurestart hii biashara ya shirika kama ATC. Lakini hii pia ni mfululizo wa uhuni unaoendelea kama ule wa awali wa kukodisha ndege toka kampuni ya Arabuni ambayo intugharimu sana sisi walipa kodi kama ile ya uhuni wa awali wa ukodishaji wa Airbus.
Sasa huyu Mwakyembe ambaye anajifanya ni kinara wa kupiga vita ufisadi anakubali na amepitisha huu uhuni wa ATC ambao utamgharimu zaidi mlipa kodi. Huu ni uthibitisho kuwa wanaolack vision si wale wa (Pemba + Zimbabwe ) pekee lakini mpaka huyu mwanasheria kama Mwakyembe ambaye anaendeleza uhuni wa stop gap measures.

Air Tanzania Company Limited (ATCL) has suspended its contract with the Dubai based aviation company, Aero Vista, that saw the latter lease a Boeing 737-500 plane to embark on domestic flights.

ATCL leased a Boeing 737- 500 plane with the capacity to carry 108 passengers, which has since then been embarking on the national flag carrier's Dar es Salaam-Kilimanjaro-Mwanza routes before launching the Dar es Salaam-Hahaya (Comoros) route last month.
The airline's Acting Chief Executive Officer, Captain Milton Lazaro, said the company had reached that decision to ensure a win-win situation and sustainability from the contract.
He, however, said the company intends to undertake a contract review with Aero Vista adding that the company may go in for another company if the two sides do not reach a consensus on the matter.
"We had decided to suspend the contract earlier entered upon with Aero-Vista in order to ensure compliance with Government pre-requisite. We may be able to re-enter a new contract with them after discussions on revision of some clauses that do not favour a sustainable outcome.
"Passengers who are holding ATCL tickets have been reallocated alternative flights with other carriers and notified accordingly," he said. He added that the national flag carrier will be able to be back on the routes after the completion of the maintenance exercise of its Dash-8 Q300 plane that is undergoing checks at the Julius Nyerere International Airport in Dar es Salam.
Captain Lazaro said, however, that only its Dar es Salaam-Kilimanjaro-Mwanza routes will be temporarily affected by the suspension urging that the airline continue with its three-time weekly flights between Dar Es Salaam and Hahaya (Comoros).
"We regret the inconveniences that have been caused to our valued customers, we take this opportunity to thank them for their continued support and reassure that, the resumption of these services will take place as soon as possible," he said.

Ndege hizi zina dual class configuration ya 7 business class seats kwa mpango wa 2×1 layout na 68 economy class seats katika mpango wa 2x layout, ambayo nadhani ni quite ideal for the short and medium distances ambazo Rwanda Air inasafiri.
Kwa kuonyesha kuwa hawa wa NyaRwanda wako serious, wao hawataki tena mitumba na wanaondoa ndege walizokodisha aina ya Dash 8-100 na badala yake wanaweka ngoma iliyokuwa advanced na kubwa zaidi zaidi toka Bombadier Q400, ambayo kwa sasa zinapatikana kwenye dual class configuration – type ya kwanza ilikuwa delivered kwa Ethiopian Airlines wiki chache zilizopita
