TTCL customer care is pathetic

    Kama mmeshindwa kuendesha kitengo cha Customer Care ni bora mkafanya outsourcing tukajua moja kuliko kuendelea na hali iliyopo sasa hivi kwasababu you guys are just pathetic and irresponsible.

    Tunawalipa hela nyingi kila mwisho mwezi kutokana na matumizi ya simu hapa nikimaanisha tunalipa INCOMING and OUTGOING CALLS, haiwezekani hata siku mmoja kampuni ya simu system inapokuwa DOWN mnashindwa kujua hadi tuwapigie simu kuwafahamisha, hao engineers wenu wanafanya nini? Ninapopiga simu unaniambia nipige baada ya nusu saa bila kunifahamisha tatizo.

    Baada ya nusu nakupigia simu tena kwa gharama zangu mwenyewe mnanipa majibu eti kuwa hauwezi kujua tatizo ni nini kwasababu hauna system ya kuweza ku-access wateja kwenye computer yako, huo ni uzembe wa hali ya juu tena naomba msije mkawapa majibu wateja wengi kama mliyonipa mimi, nategemea muwe mnawafahamisha wateja wenu kama kuna tatizo lolote mapema ni aibu sana unaponijibu kwenye simu eti computer yako haina system ya ku-access wateja, hivi huyo CALL CENTRE MANAGER anafanya kazi gani?

    Je, Hajui wajibu wake? Na ni Customer Care gani unapokea simu za wateja ili hali unajua fika kwamba hauwezi kunisaidia lolote pia unafahamu fika kwamba computer yako haina access yote ile ila wewe bado unapokea simu yangu na unanieleza matatizo ya computer yako badala ya kutatua matatizo yangu, Je nikipoteza wateja mko tayari kurudisha gharama zote nilizoingia kuwapata hao wateja? Mko tayari kunilipa fidia kutokana na wateja wangu kuvunja mkataba na mimi? Haiwezekani kwa muda wa siku mbili system yenu iko down na mshindwe kujua, narudia tena huo ni uzembe, uvivu na kutotaka kuwajibika, kama imeshindikana ni bora ku-outsource hicho kitengo cha CUSTOMER CARE akapewa mtu mwenye uwezo wa kukiendesha kuliko hali ilivyo sasa hivi mtu anakupa majibu kwenye simu utafikiri amelala chumbani kwake. Please stop this stupidity once and for all.

    Ipo mkuu, ila the right word to say ni kuwa iko ICU maana they way wanavyo handle wateja ni as if wanatoa huduma bure wakati tunalipia

    jamani nilidhani ni sisi wenyewe tunao kwazika na ttcl!! mimi kero yangu kubwa ni kwenye internet!! these people bwana their not serious at all, unaweza ukwamwambia internet iko down haifunguki anakwambia zima modem na uwashe tena wkt imekaa off tangu jumamosi, jumapili! lkn hakuelewi!!!!!!!

    hayo majibu kwa ttcl ni ya kawaida, vimeo vimejaa, kazi za kupeana, kuna watu walikuwa wachovu class lakini walipata kazi bila shida ttcl.

    TTCL ni shirika la UMMA.
    so huduma za ttcl ni sawa na huduma unayopata Polisi,Mahakamani,Tanesco,TRA,Bandari,Dawasco. hivyo basi kuwa mpole ,shusha expectations zako,mimi ni mteja wa TTCL mwanzo nilikuwa na presha nao,sasa sina kabisaaaaa,unachotakiwa kufanya ni kujua namba za kituo chako cha karibu,jua jina la watu wawili or wa3 hiyo inatosha.
    kamwe usipige 100 number ya customer care,kwani utakutana na madudu,wewe tafuta namba ya center yako e.g kama upo sinza,k/nyama,mwenge nenda pale sayansi-njia ya Rose garden ,kama uko osterbay,kinondoni nenda kituo cha osterbay.

    Viongozi wa kisiasa wana HISA na watoto wao ktk makampuni ya simu,e.g VodaCom,Airtel etc.hvyo kadri TTCL wanavyokuwa hoi ndio shares zao zinapanda na mishahara ya watoto wao inaboreshwa.

    Newmzalendo acha hata tu cha kushangaza zaidi ukiwapigia simu kuwaeleza kuwa una tatizo kitu cha kwanza wanakuuliza umeishalipa bili yako bila ya wao kusubiri na kukusikiliza tatizo gani linalokukabili wewe
