    Wajameni, lets put greedy aside and acknowledge the overwhemingly success Precision Air has had in the last 8 years! I know for some critics here will harshly crush out my advice, but wait a minute who knows better "the ways about" the Tanzania's aviation sector than Precision Air "the king himself"? In the span of 8 years this company has transformed to be a formidable force no one can challenge in this market otherwise if someone is ready to inject not less than US$ 300 mio. to rival its dominance! Who is ready to deposit that huge amount of money in a risky aviation industry like ours? No one but only those who have proven to survive the same industry even at turbulence times economically moreover in the environment where the Government was a competitor (trying to save the Air Tanzania) and not a facilitator! I do advice fellow Tanzanians lets not waste tax payers money on revamping the Airline esp. after Precisionair IPO, give the management of that company to Precisionair and transformation will follow! Wahenga walisema asiyekubali kushindwa si mshindani!

    At least huo ushindani ungekuwa na usawa....Airtel mtaji wake wa asilimia 85 umetoka TTCL ...usipende kwenda chooni kabla hujasikia haja!

    do you want to mean ati Air tanzania ina assets za maana? mnaumwa for sure, Air tanzania imebaki dilapilated majengo maana hata hizo ndege mbili ndogo walizonazo si mpya na moja wanadaiwa kuilipa haikuwa na insurance! hapa najaribu kusema kutopoteza jina ni bora Air Tanzania iuzwe 100% kwa Precisionair under condition iachwe i-revamp airline, mpk itakapoanza kuwa profitable then i-float shares to the public (<49%)!

    Kuna msururu wa vigogo serikalini ambao ni owners wa PrecisionAir ambapo wakiongozwa na aliekuwa waziri wa miundombinu Basil Mramba walifanya makusudi kuia ATC ili Precision ipete. Hadi leo hii hawako tayari kuiona ATC inafufuka.

    ATC wakiwa injected na capital nzuri na wakapata management poa na siasa ikaekwa kando... bado wanao uwezo wa kuibeat PrecisionAir in a matter of days. Precisioair wanalielewa hilo. Wamshukuru mkuu wa kaya!! Hao PrecisionAir wenyewe nao wamebweteka mijidege yenyewe bado ya kizamani wamejaza mapropelor badala waende Seatttle wakachomoe B 777

    Bado tuko nyuma sana...
    Tunahitaji more domestic airline, agriculture

    Hiyo Cessna ije kutoka Kenya ) helicopter (search and rescue au
    Ni zitumike kama ambulance pia....

    Muda wa kujisifia bado... .

Ukweli ni kwamba Precisionair hamna mshindani Tanzania na tena ngoja wauze shares DSE wanampango wa kununua ndege kubwa mpyaa Boeings (si za kukodi aka magumashi) si chini ya nane kwa kipindi cha miaka mitano ijayo! We kalaghabao ati Mramba aliiua ATC, mlitaka afanyaje aibebe kampuni isiyojibeba? katika soko huria ushindani unaruhusiwa tena ukiangalia vizuri waliilalia sana precisionair (mpk leo hawaruhusiwi kufanya ground handling ya partner wao i.e. Kenya Airways) ukumbuke kuna wakati SAA ilikuwa inang'ang'aniza eti isiruhusiwe kwenda routes ATCL jamaa wakalalamika kwenye vyombo vya usimamizi wa anga! ATCL wakatolewa nje! Jamani tuache kasumba za roho za korosho; Mnyonge mpeni haki yake Precisionair wamejitahidi tena katika ukanda wenye mashirika ya ndege yenye ushindani mkubwa ukumbuke EA ndio the most advanced aviation region in Sub Saharan Africa, kuna Ethiopia Airline, kuna Air Uganda, kuna Rwandair, kuna Fly 540, kuna un-accountable charter companies!     Owners wa precisionair wanajulikana Kenya Airways 49% na Michael Shirima 51% hao vigogo unaosema wewe ndio wakina nani? si uwataje?

    KLM walitaka deal ya kuingia ubia na ATC lakini kuna wachache serikalini ambao ni wamiliki wa PW kama Vuvuzela alivotonya walikataa kwa manufaa yao. KLM wakaenda kufanya deal na KQ. Imagine KLM wangeingia hiyo deal na ATL leo hii PW ingekuwa wapi? ATL ingekuwa wapi?

    kipindi KLM inataka kupartner na Air Tanzania, PW haikuwepo! tuache uwongo na tusipotoshe mambo! PW imeanza kuwepo 1993 na KLM waliitaka ATC 1986s!

    KLM waliendelea kuwa persistent na hiyo deal hadi walipo-give up in the 1990's. Walitaka KIA facility iwe ndio the largest KLM's hub in all Africa. Akina Mramba na wenzake walifanya hujuma zote hadi deal ika-collapse.

    acha uongo Mramba amekuwa waziri kuanzia 2000, sasa hiyo deal alihusika nayo vp? au ndo mambo ya kumpaka matope jamaa kwa kila kitu? na kama issue ilikuwa kuzuia competitor then SAA basi isingeruhusiwa pia! Tuache kupotosha mambo PW imekuwapo hata kabla ya Mramba hajawa waziri! Hizo hearsays hazina maana tujaripu kuangalia ukweli upo wapi!

    uwongo mwingine kabla na wakati wa Shirikisho kulikuwa na East African Airways iliyokuwa inamilikiwa na nchi zoote wanachama yaani TZ, KE na UG! na hata shirikisho lilipokufa 1977 kukazaliwa mashirika matatu Air Tanzania, Air Uganda na Kenya Airways ambayo yoote yalisusua mbioni kufa mpk pale KLM ilipoenda ku-partner (kwa kuchukua 26%) na Kenya Airways mwaka 1995! sasa kipindi hicho Air Tanzania isingeweza kufanyika ukiritimba maana mashirika yoote yalikuwa yanasuasua! Tuache kulaumu wengine kwa uozo wetu!

Au ndo zile roho za kwanini zinatufanya vipofu kuelekeza malawama yoote kwa Precisionair kwa vile tu imefanikiwa? mnasahau huyo founder wake alikuwa EA airways kama operation manager kwa hiyo alipoingia kwenye hiyo biashara alikuwa anajua nini anachofanya na pia muda ulikuwa muhafaka na hata pale alipoona ATC inauzwa SAA alikuwa mjanja ku-partner na Kenya Airways ili asimezwe! Lets give a guy a credit where its due! Nina wasi inawezekana watu kwa chuki zao humu ndani wanatamani hata kutopanda ndege za jamaa ila wanakosa jinsi! maana ndiyo National Carrier iliyobaki! hahah
