    As part of its commitment to deliver quality customer services, Tigo has contracted Spanco BPO to run its call center operations.

    Under the new agreement Spanco will train staff to deal with most queries on the spot without the need to refer the customer to a particular department. To efficiently communicate information to customers more quickly and effectively, Tigo is using emerging channels of communication such as Facebook and Twitter to offer a wider choice of options for customers to interact with them. Tigo has also redesigned its reception areas in its centers to better the needs of visiting customers.

    “We are a company that listens to our customers and the care of our customers is at the very heart of everything we do,” said Mr. Diego Gutierrez, Consumer/Deputy General Manager at Tigo. “By partnering up with Spanco BPO we have engaged with a Global specialist of contact center industry. This will ensure we deliver world class customer service experience to all our customers throughout the country,” he said.

    Mr. Pravin Kumar, Global CEO of Spanco BPO said, “We are very excited about partnering with a large and reputable Global Telecom player like Tigo, and we are confident that together we will create a new standard of customer experience for all Tigo customers.”

    tatizo sio kusikiliza wateja tatizo ni huduma,kwanza mpaka uwapate hao customer care ni ishu.

    Nakuambieni hii kampuni sasa imeanza kuelewa waTanzania wanataka nini.. juzi juzi nimepita mlimani city nikapigwa na butwaa ...eh bwana we! ..customer service centre ya Tigo rocks!!! safi sana , na sio mandhari tuu hata service iko juu ...

    Naona kile kitengo cha tigo social networking kinaendelea kutuboa, mmeshatuchafulia walls zetu fb sasa mmetiufata na jf.
    Raia hatutaki majengo mazuri, tunataka huduma ya mawasiliano nzuri inayolingana na fedha tunazolipa. Unavyoipamba hiyo kampuni utadhani una share na unapata gawio mwisho wa mwaka!!! Kha. Hv ni mtanzania gani asiyejua uozo wa huduma za tigo?

    TIGO ni kampuni isiojali wateja wake hasa wanaopiga simu kwa nia ya kuomba msaada juu ya hitilafu za huduma zao.
    Ni wiki moja sasa najiunga kwenye zile sms 100 kupitia 15313 ila cha ajabu na kuudhi ni kwamba pesa inakatwa ila siunganishwi kwenye huduma husika na kila nikipiga simu ktk huduma kwa wateja siunganishwi na muhudumu bali wanazuga eti niache malalamiko yangu kwa kurekodi ujumbe wa sauti na kuaidi kunipigia simu juu ya tatizo husika baadaye lakini mpaka sasa sijawai kupigiwa simu wala tatizo langu halijatatuliwa.
    TIGO kama mmesitisha huduma fulani ni vyema kutangaza na pia mtindo wa kujifanya wahudumu wako busy na kutaka eti tuache ujumbe wa sauti usiuchukuliwa hatua yeyote ni wizi na dharau kwa sisi wateja wenu.
    TIGO msijione kuwa mnawateja wengi kiasi cha kupuuza baadhi ya matatizo yetu.

    Nakuunga mkono asilimia 100.
    iyo huduma ya sms 100 na dk kwa 500/- imekua ni huduma inayonikata pesa pasipo kupata huduma husika na simu za malalamiko nikipiga nikipiga naelekezwa niache ujumbe wa sauti ambapo nakua sijui kama tatizo langu limesikilizwa au la kwani hawapigi simu kama wanavyosema wakati wa kuacha ujumbe huo.
    nadhani TIGO mmezidiwa na wateja na hii ni namna yenu ya kutupunguza wateja impliedly.

    hata mimi nakuunga mkono asilimia 100 tigo ni wezi na hawawajali wateja wao hata kidogo wanaringa cos wana wateja wengi lakini hawajui kwamba tunaweza kuhama na kuwaachhia kampuni yao

    Unajua watanzania tunafanywa majuha na hawatigo mm kila nikiweka salio wanakata 450 faster, then baadae natumiwa sms kuwa nimepewa mb kadhaa bureau na kesho Umepata dakota 5 bureau cha ajabu sms hiyo zimejaa na cjawahi pata dk hizo na nikiingia JF kwa kutumia cm yangu nakatwa salio kama kawa, nikipiga ile huduma Kwa wateja wananikata 100 kisha wananiahidi halitajirudia but nikiweka salio hivyohivyo, natamani kama but most of ninaowasiliana nao wako tigo. Unamcall mtu Uko nae cm on, network full ati hapatikani
