    Salaam, mimi ni mteja wa huduma za mtandao wa TIGO kwa muda mrefu.nimekuwa nikitumia mtandao huu tangu enzi za mobitel ,buzz,na sasa Tigo. Kwa masikitiko yangu mtandao wa Tigo pekee ndio hauna huduma ya kupiga na kuongea na mhudumu (100) kama una jambo la kuuliza au kulalamikia huwezi kupata huduma hiyo na kama utapatiwa namba ya customer care basi utailizwa kama upo tayari kilipia kwa huduma hiyo. na hata uliambia subiri uunganishwe na mtoa huduma basi wakati unasubiri kuunganishwa basi mara mtandao(simu 0inakatika.
    kero hii sasa ni zaidi ya miaka mnitatu na tume ta mawasiliano kama ipo makini haijawa kulitolea tamko lolote kama wafanyalo ni sehemu ya wajibu wao au ni msaada tu.

    Masikitiko yangu zaidi ni hivi karibuni ifikapo saa za jioni huduma ya Tigo inakuwa ya shida sana .simu utakayopiga badala ya kupata mlio wa wito au hata wa bussy tone au kuwa simu haipatikani simu itanyamaza kimya kisha inakatika,ukituma ujimbe unapata taarifa kuwa msg sent kisha ujumbe mwingine kuwa msg fauled. unatia shaka na kuangalia salio pia unapewa ujumbe wa failed..
    ukijaribu kutumia simu nyingine(mtandao tofauti) unapata line thru na kuzungumza na unayemtaka.

    Nimefanya utafiti kwa watumiaji kadhaa wa huduma hii ya Tigo na kugundua nao wanalalamika kwa kero kama yangu hivyo wazo la labda ni simu yangu(handset) inakuwa haina Nguvu. Hapa ndipo napo gundua kuwa TIGO IKO BOFU bana...

    Tigo au tume itujibu kama hii ndiyo huduma tuitarajiayo toka kwao

    Hizi Polls bana...zitasaidia nini sasa?...Boresheni huduma, mnazo statistics zote kwenye pc zenu, mnataka public opinion ya nini, tena ya watu wa JF tu, what percentage of the general public can access JF?...nonsense-kinda!

    sisi wengine huku airtel we acha bwana uhuru ni mkubwa mno huduma kwa wateja ni bure halafu tigo shilingi mia kwa kila ukipiga lakini hukiamisha salio unalipia asilimia kulingana na kiasi unachotuma mfano ukiamisha shilingi mia 500 unalipa asilimia 15% sisi kwetu airtel unaamisha bure kabisa lakini sasa network tigo inavyosumbua wewe acha tu hata hapa dar es salaam kama kuna kabonde kidogo unateseka na tigo

    swala ni kua makampuni ya simu huwa yanatarget kuteka wateja wengi bila kua na mikakati endelevu ya kuwaridhisha hao wateja.wao wanaona profit tu na sio customer satisfaction

    Mimi ni mteja wa tigo tangu mwaka 2005 lakini baadae nililazimika kununua line ya voda ili niwe na uwanja mpana wa kuwasiliana na watu wa maeneo mbalimbali hasa vijijini kwa sababu mtandao wa tigo uko urban-centred. Kuna mambn kadha wa kadha ambayo yamekua yakinikera kama mteja wa tigo. Kwanza ni kitendo cha kulipia sh. 50 kwa huduma kwa wateja kwa kisingizio cha kupunguza usumbufu kutoka kwa wateja. Kitu cha ajabu kweli, leo wateja wenu wamekua WASUMBUFU!!. Kwani hiyo mitandao mingine inatumia njia gani kukwepa hicho kitu ambacho tigo wanakiita usumbufu, au ndo kusema mitandao mingine ina wateja wachache!! Hii ni janja ya tigo ya kujikusanyia mapato kwa njia haramu. Kinachouma zaidi ni pale unapokatwa pesa kabla hata hujaongea na mhudumu. Kitu kingine ni matatizo ya mtandao kama vile meseji ku fail,calls ku fail, wakati mwingine unaambiwa simu haipatikani wakati simu iko hewani. Ukiuliza utasikia eti mtandao umezidiwa na wateja. Ina maana leo mtandao wa tigo umekua na wateja wengi kuliko mtandao wa vodacom ambao umesambaa kila mahali hapa nchini!!? Mimi nadhani ni huduma mbovu tu za tigo wala sio issue ya kuzidiwa wateja wakati wnapatikana zaidi mijini. Ukitaka kuamini hili wewe funga safari kwenda mikoani halafu uwe na simu mbili moja yenye line ya voda na nyingine iwe na line ya tigo utajionea mwenyewe huko njiani. Kitu cha msingi tigo waboreshe huduma zao. Hivi karibuni tigo wameanza kuchaji garama kwa ajili ya huduma ya kuhamisha salio baadae utasikia huduma ya tafadhali nipigie nayo inalipiwa.. Kutokana na matatizo haya sasa hivi mtandao wa voda ndo umekua my favourite ukifuatiwa na mtandao wa tigo. Ushauri wangu wa bure kwa tigo nawaomba wajipange sawasawa vinginevyo mwaka 2011 hauta katika kabla kampuni hiyo haijafulia.

    Hata hili tume inahusika nini wakati mteja unayo maamuzi kama tigo iko bovu, iko rafiki toka india (airtel) au voda bana. Using'ang'anie huduma mbovu katika soko hulia, jilaumu mwenyewe kwanza kwa kufanya maamuzi mabovu ask them to change kama ikishindikana busara zako zitumike.

    Mitambo yao imezidiwa. Inaonekana hawakuwa wameproject ongezeko la wateja wao na huo ni uzembe. Hope wamejifunza na watarekebisha huduma zao.
