Nizar Visram: As Zanzibarians we have a right to complain. Why lie to us about IOC?
Nizar Visram: Another reason to question the union is that we(attorney genera and othersl)have not been consulted about the new constitution proposal/law

Dr. kamata ng'wanza: There are two issues-participation and a notion of countries. The size of the country is immaterial. Each country should be treated equally because two countries united to form the URT.

Sijui wanalenga nani? wafadhili?

Dr. kamata ng'wanza: We have an opportunity to discuss about Union (new constitution), we have to free it from the leaders(politicians). Let it be people centered Union.

    N. Visram: When Znz shakes, the mainland shakes, east africa shakes. Not much homework was done (GNU-ZNZ)-it is not only power sharing but also cost sharing.

Dr. Kamata: GNU has brought political stability. We have to build on that bring about economic development. Now it is not easy 2 manipulate zanzibarians. They can now front a common agenda. The union has to work 4 the people not the politicians.

Dr. Ngowi: Economically, it is easier 4 Mainland 2 prosper on its own than ZNZ on its own.
