Dear my senior fellow citizens;
Dr.Jakaya Mrisho Kikwete
Prof.Ibrahim Lipumba
Dr.Wilibrord Slaa
Mr.Hashim Rungwe
Mr. Mutamwega Mugahywa

We appreciate your interest in the position of President of the united Republic Of Tanzania. Coming this far has been a tiresome and daunting task and we congratulate you for that. You both wish the best for this country.(We really hope so). You differ on which road to take in order to arrive at the destination. We get that and we know why it has to stay that way. We might not be comfortable with one of your roads but that’s your belief and I can’t change it for now.

We recommend that both of you stop telling us about your vision for Tanzania. It is our vision that counts as you seek to be our employee. Start by listening to our visions for this country. (This is specific to Prof.Lipumba & Dr.Slaa).The Hiring Board which is we “Wananchi” wrote the job description basing on our needs and posted the job opportunity. So no one can come to us again and bring his own job description. This should be clear to you and incase we don’t hire you, learn that this’ important to understand before you make your applications.
We live all over this country, not just in Dar,Mwanza or Arusha and what we want is more than what you are hearing or putting down in your manifestos. We own this company and we hire who we think is the best basing on our qualities. It’s okay to have party differences. We get it clear that differing opinions make for balanced decisions. Stop looking for contention, find common ground and work from there. We know this is hard, especially in a country without much history in these types of politics but we believe actual work can be accomplished. Spend time on matters where you can make a positive impact, and don’t point fingers or lay blame.(The less the time you spend on that, the more likely we’ll hire you).We anticipate successes not excuses. If something isn’t broke, don’t waste our time on it. We are paying for it, and expect positive results while you are on our clock. We have a bottom line economically and socially. Utilize our resources, including our time, prudently. Please, we strongly insist on this.

If hired, occasionally you may be required to work independent of our supervision. Give us examples of your prior work product(anything that you have once accomplished in any position whatsoever), specific decisions you made, and the reasoning behind them. Tell us about some failures too.(and we insist on being honest in this). If an outcome was unsuccessful, how did you correct it? How will you apply that experience in the future? Your first mistake on a point is often a training matter. The same mistake twice is a judgment issue. This’ very important and we want you to write it down.

Don’t tell us lots of negatives about each other. That’s whining, and we don’t want whiners infecting our corporate team. We want a cooperative, team oriented workforce. Our company has been in business for over 49 years. The Hiring Board is adept at its job. We want you to tell us about you. We will decide which of you will make predictable and sound decisions while advocating for our vision. You can want the job, but it will be filled based on our needs. So stop pressing us and crying at our recruiting desk.

You seek the CEO position. We get you. We will require you hire ethical, moral and qualified managers. Not just by mere words but you have to find way to make us believe. We expect you and your managers to keep the lines of communication open, mind you we are made up of about 42+million people and we run a 24/7 business. You must set realistic and flexible guidelines for subordinates. Tanzania is a large and diverse organization - one size often doesn’t fit all. Local flexibility has high value. These are deal breakers for us. If you are hired and we detect problems in these skill sets we will take strong corrective action.

It is easy to lead when all is going well. Sometimes some things happen. When they do, inform us immediately. We insist on hearing the bad news early. Seek our counsel. We will help find solutions. It’s our company and we’re always interested in its success. We promise to listen to your recommendations, and will demand the same respect from you.

Thank you for your interest. We have your contact information and after completing our review of your resumes on 31st October, we will let you know our hiring decision in early November.Bob,it's universal, right?Thank you.

Mungu Ibariki Tanzania.

Bwana Erasto we lazima utakuwa ni CCM.

I can see a vaccum in it.

What ethics do you expect from JK who shamelessly declared Mramba, Chenge, Rostam and Lowasa clean while they are Mafisadi and among them are facing charges of corruption in court of law. JK who spent state money for making posters for his presidential campaign, do you expect ethics from JK really, you are crazy.

Naikubali. Kama mwalimu nakupa 69%. Tukirudi kwenye objective substance una 8 marks/ 8% of mia, kwenye subject matter una zero. Zinauzwa tsh.500 tu! Jaman, aibu hii.

Re-read my post.

Ndugu Ernesto Sheka,
Appraise me; Lipumba is a professor and has a doctorate in economics. Slaa has a doctorate in law. Im therefore comfortable with them being addressed as Dr. so and so. What is Kikwete's doctorate about?
I have searched Kikwete + Bilal's official cv's on their campaign website and it is only Bilal who has a doctorate in nuclear physics.
Where do you get the Kikwete's doctorate?
Or is this about showing Kikwete being an equal to Dr. Slaa?

Hakuna hoja atakayoweza kurespond intelligently hapa jukwaani.
