In 1971 and 1972 the late Iddi Amin conducted a nationalisation of the commercial assets of Uganda's mostly ASIAN merchants and enteprenuers.this was followed by ASIAN EXODUS from Uganda to Tanzania.
MY TAKE:Looking in most HUGE corruption scandals you'll find who is behind it.TRL,RADAR,EPA and now DOWANS.
I must say; to accept asian exodus to Tanzania was a mistake,yes it was a WRONG TURN.
