The king of Babylon will return according to Daniel 11:30,sometimes after he is grieved by an attack from the 'ship of the western costlands'
Revelation 13:3 decribed him seemingly coming back from the dead.

The counsel from jesus spoke is that all who live in judea SHOULD RUN FOR THE HILL IMMEDIATELY.the remnant of israel will need to ESCAPE from an invansion of israel BY ARAB led by the king of babylon.jerusalem will be OVERTAKEN for a period of 3and half year (revelation.12:14)
