    Kenyan constitutional process not a model for us.

    They employed experts rather than forming a constituent assembly.

    The Kenyan House reconstituted itself as a constituent assembly and hired Committee of Experts to do their rounds.

    No wonder the chapters of the executive and transition favoured the hitherto status quo

    katika kuunda constitution ni lazima upate ushauri wa experts. Sasa wewe unataka waiunde kwa namna gani? As long as wabunge wana input...hiyo safi. Maana wabunge ndo sauti ya wananchi!!
