If all we have is cry babies like you wanting Government support on everyone bouncing a ball how much resource would the Governement need?
The Government cant even provide clean water to its citizens and you want the same Government to dish out dollars to someone who already has future endorsements lined up, college coaches who are dedicated on improving his game let alone personal aspirations to succeed.
