THIS CORPORATION funded by the taxpayers' money seems to be ignoring at its own and national peril that there are matters that should not be broadcasted by the station. One such case is its Burudani programme co-hosted by Mussa and Liss. Not sure whether this Mussa is a Moslem or just a name. His appearance, plaited hair and feminish touch, leave a lot to be desired as a Moslem. A real moslem who knows about the Holy Quran and its fundamental teachings. Again the choice of music inlcluding the one called Ustadh Juma... seems to say the least... only a thing that can be done by a NOn-Moslem who does not know the respect attached to the name. Besides the song under question has half-naked, buttock gyrating women and men and the stage is a Bar and most highlighted products are beer, whisky and other hard drinks? Is this really something that should be seen on Tanzania Broadcasting Corporation channel. Or are the bosses of TBC as insensitive to other people's faith even more than private television owners. What sad times for Tanzania? The programme under questions was aired on Saturday 15th, 2008.
