    hey wana Jf doctor. habari zenu? tatizo langu kubwa linalonikumbuka ambaklo si masiara ni kitendo cha kuhisi usingizi mzito pindi ninapotoka lunch break nikiwa kazini. nafaham kidogo kuhusu digestion process etc. lakini nashindwa kuelewa 'coz nikiwa home wala tatizo hili halinikumbi. Naomba muongozo tafadhali. Muito Obrigado

    Kunya kahawa au chai yenyerangi nyingi (majani yachai mengi) baada tu ya kumaliza chakula.

    Mkuu hiyo hali ni ya kawaida kwa watu wote. Isipokuwa kuna watu wanahisi usingizi zaidi kuliko wengine baada ya kula, hiyo inatokana na tofauti ya maumbile. Kisayansi sababu ni kuwa baada ya kula damu nyingi huenda tumboni ili kufyonza viinilishe vilivyoliwa na kuvisafirisha hadi kwenye ini na sehemu nyingine. Hali hiyo hupelekea damu inayokwenda kwenye ubongo kupungua na hivyo kujisikia usingizi. Na sababu ya pili ni kuwa viungo vyote vya ndani vinaongozwa kufanya kazi yao na aina mbili ya mishipa ya fahamu. Wa kwanza unaitwa sympathetic na wa pili unaitwa parasympathetic. huu wa pili Parasympathetic ndio unaoshulika na kuratibu uyeyushaji na ufyonzaji wa chakula. Na wakati ikitimiza majukumu hayo husababisha mwili ulegee na kuleta usingizi. Lakini mara baadha ya kumaliza majukumu hayo ulegevu huisha na usingizi kutoweka.
    Kwa hiyo usiwe na wasiwasi na hali hiyo.

    SIMPLE, jaribu kushiba asubuhi na ule kidogo tu mchana. kula wanga kidogo na fruits nyngi na maji mengi...punguza ukubwa wa lunch.
