Salam,
Mwaka jana niliomba ushauri kwa tatizo la kukosa uzingizi. Watu wengi walinipa advice na mwishowe nikaupata. In fact nilipewa dawa ya kunywa kwa kusaidia hali yangu ya kawaida kurudi. Within 3 weeks nikaacha dawa na tatizo likawa limeisha. (Link)
Sasa since September last year tatizo limerudi. Sio ghafla, nimeanza kupoteza saa moja, then saa mbili, then saa tatu za usingizi; hadi sasa hivi nalala 3 to 4 hours kwa 24hs... Miezi tano and getting worse.
Kawaida yangu nahitaji 7-8 hours ya usingizi kwa kufunction properly.
Just like last year tatizo la kukosa usingizi limeleta irritability, na limenisababisha kuwithdraw from social life kabisa (almost 90%).
My performance is affected pia... Nikienda kwa daktari napewa dawa.
Nimejaribu dawa zimekataa, nimejaribu meditation, walking, maziwa, asali, biringanya, mchanganyiko wa hivyo vyakula vyote nil.
Nimejifungia in my room hadi usingizi upatikane haukupatikana.
Sasa sijui nifanye nini.
Naomba walio kutana na shida hii (binafsi au kwa watu wao) wanambie walicho jaribu, maybe it could work for me.
