    Wanajamii kuna tatizo ambalo linasumbua muda mrefu, ambalo ni kuwa na hasira sana. Hii imenipelekea niwe mwingi wa lawama hata pasipo na msingi. sina simile hata kidogo imepelekea my wife aishi maisha ya kukereka sana, hii inanikosesha raha sana imenibidi niwe mtu pombe ili kupunguza Stress. tatizo nimekua nalo toka utotoni. Naomba kama mtu anaeweza nisaidia kuondokana na Hili tatizo.

    Pole sana ndugu kwa tatizo hilo lakini siamini kama pombe itaondoa tatizo hilo.Kama ni mtu unayeamini Mungu fanya maombi ya kuondoa hasira hiyo na itatoka.

    Jitahidi kuimba nyimbo hata kimoyomoyo wakati hali hiyo inapoenyesha kukutokea.Imba zaidi nyimbo za sifa za kumtukuza Mungu nawe utafunguliwa kutoka kuwa mtu mwenye hasira na kuwa mtu mwenye furaha daima.

    Mimi naona mpaka hapa ulipofikia kuandika uzi huu , tatizo lako limeshaisha, maana tayari umeshajijua jinsi ulivyo kwa hio ni rahisi kwa wewe kuji control, kukubali kua una tatizo ni step moja ya kumaliza tatizo.

    Kuna baba mmoja ananiuziaga vitabu vya tiba ya kutumia vyakula alinambia nisile nyama...na ikiwezekana na wanangu wasile nyama kwa kuwa nyama inaleta hasira, inazeesha etc...kwa kweli nilikuwa convinced lakini mbona ngumu kuacha...

    Sijuhi kama huku kwetu tuna huduma ya counselling...nadhani hapa inahusika zaidi...

    Pole sana...ni ngumu sana kuishi na mtu mwenye hasira...naihurumia familia inayokuzunguka.

    Pole sana. Kujikubali kuwa una tatizo ni nusu ya solution yake. Kwa hiyo hongera sana.
    Kuna bottomed up anger. Inawezekana maisha uliyoishi ama kutendewa zamani bado hasira ipo. Ama kushindwa kupata ama kufanya vitu unavyotamani kunakupa frustration. Ukiamua kubadili mtizamo wako wa maisha utafurahia maisha na kupunguza hasira. Kubali kuwa wanaokuzunguka wana madhaifu, watambue watu na badili attitude yako. Mfano chagua vitu vya kukuudhi. Usikasirike kwa sababu wife kachelewa kurudi, kupokea simu, chakula kimechelewa ama nguo imeharibika rangi. Hizo ni materials tu, angalia positive side ya kila kitu na ujikubalishe. Pia kuwa realistic, kukasirika kutabadili situation? kutaleta faida ama stress zaidi? Una uwezo wa kujibadili. Google pia how to reduce stress.

    Solution nyingine ni kujipa muda kabla ya kukabili issues. Mfano mtu akikuudhi sana, usimkabili. Ondoka, take a walk ama lala au angalia tv. Kesho utakuwa umeshafikiria vya kutosha. Utakuwa more calm. Inasaidia sana kuamua kuwa huwezi kushughulikia issue ukiwa upset unless ni ugonjwa ama kitu kitacholeta hasara ya pesa.

    Sali, funga na omba hiyo bad habit iishe. Ukijihisi uko low au stressed shika bible usome na fanya meditation pia. Nimejifunza sala ni soln ya kila kitu.

    Fanya kunipatia background ya maisha na familia yaku mfano Umri wako, family status, wazazi/walezi wako ni watu wanamna gani?, watu unaoishi na kufanyanao kazi? Pia vitu ambavyo hupendelea kuvifanya na usivyo penda kufanya

    ha ha. my mom has a lot of books on how to manage emotions/anger, she used to mentor watoto zamani.

    kuhusu tatizo la hasira, ni vizuri kuondoka and let yourself cool down. kesho yake ndio u-face tatizo na utumie brain more than heart kwenye kufanya maamuzi.
