    habari zenu! naombeni msaada wenu kwa hili tatizo...me ni mdada mwenye umri wa miaka 26 niko nyumbani badoc jafanikiwa kupata kazi! nimekuwa msahaulifu kupita maelezo! na nimekuwa nikipoteza kukumbukumbu! laiti ningelikuwa shuleni mpaka sasa basi cngeweza hata kukremisha sentensi moja! mda mwingine kizunguzungu,mishipa ya kichwa inaniuma! nakuwa sometimes cjielewi hata nn nafanya! nkilala c mchana c usiku mda wowote nakuwa naota ndoto nyingi mno zsizoeleweka,nyingine znaeleweka! nkiamka nakuwa nimechoka sana! kulala kwangu c kujipumzisha bali ni kuongeza machovu! nisaidieni jamani nfanye nini? ahsanteni

    Natural treatment: Tumia herbal tea ya mchaichai kabla kulala inasaidia sana

    Pia tatizo la kusahausahau linaweza kuwa ni Alzheimer's diseases inayotokana na mkusanyika wa amyloid protein kwenye brain nakusababisha death ya brain cell .ambayo inasabishwa na unywaji wa pombe, upungufu wa vitamamin , madawa ya hospital, mafuta cholesterol kuwa nyingi. Pia kwa upande mwingine inaweze kuwa ni persistent migraine ,stress Zingatia ushauri wa klorockwine maana hayo matatizo ya kusahau dawa yake hua ni diet na mazoezi .JITAIDI KUTUMIA NANASI KWA WINGI

    Kwanza kabisa ningekushauri nenda Hospitali ukachunguzwe kwa kina kwasababu zipo shida nyingi ambazo zaweza kuleta hali hiyo. Shida uliyonayo kitalaamu inaitwa amnesia. Zipo sababu nyingi ambazo zinaweza kuleta hali hiyo kwa umri wako, kama ifuatavyo: • kuvuta Sumu aina ya carbon monoxide, kama unalala au unakaa mahali ambapo kuna jiko la mkaa au linalofanana na hilo waweza pata shida hiyo. • Matumizi ya pombe kwa wingi • Upungufu wa sukari mwilini ambao unasababishwa na magonjwa mengine. • Magonjwa ya mishipa ya damu kwenye ubongo, • Uvimbe kwenye ubongo, • Matumizi mabaya ya dawa ambayo yapo kwenye kundi la sedative. Wakati unajiandaa kwenda hospitali anza mazoezi yoyote ambayo unayamudu. Mazoezi hayo ili yakusaidie ni lazima uyafanye angalau kila siku na kwa muda usiopungua nusu saa bila ya kupumzika. Mazoezi hufanya moyo upige kwa nguvu na hivyo kupeleka kiasi kikubwa cha damu kwenye ubongo. Ubongo unapopata damu nyingi huboresha kumbukumbu.

    Anza kutafuta dawa nurobion forte. Tumia kwa wiki moja halafu utaona mabadiliko. Kumbu kumbu itarudi na nguvu itarudi na mchoko na maumivu ya mwili yatapotea.

    Kama hamna mabadiliko, nenda hospitali muone physician. Atakupima kama huna chanzo cha type 2 diabetes.

    Pamoja na ushauri mzuri wa wanaJF hapo juu, punguza mawazo. hakikisha unakula chakula kizuri (health diet) kila siku. usile chakula baada ya saa 1 usiku. kunywa maji kwa wingi. punguza au acha kula nyama, maziwa, mayai, punguza chumvi, na acha pombe kama bado unatumia.
