    naomba kujua taratibu za kisheri mtu unpotaka kununua ardhi au kiwanja ambacho hakijapimwa .Ni mambo gani ya kuzingiti ili tatizo linapotokea usipoteze haki zako?

    Kama kiwanja kiko katika eneo la Mji/Jiji/Manispaa/Halmashauri, nk nenda katika mamlaka husika ili upate master plan ya eneo husika kwa kuwa unaweza kuuziwa eneo lililotengwa kwa ajili ya shule/wazi/hospitali/squater, nk. Ukishajua ndio itakuwa mahali pazuri pa kuanzia!

    kama ni kijijini unatakiwa kwenda ktk ofisi ya serikali ya kijiji unalipia gharama kwa ajili ya kupata hati ya kimila(customary right of occupance),unatakiwa kuwa na shahidi na pia muandikishane na kutia saini ya makubaliano ya kuuziana kiwanja.....kama ni mjini process ni hizo tofauti ni kwamba mjini unapewa granted right of occupance.Zingatia ushauri wa Buchanan NB: mashahidi ni wa muhimu sana.

    Je kama ni kiwanja cha urithi kwa maana umepewa na wazazi wako kabla ya kufariki na hamkuandikishiana kokote ,je process zake za kutaka kuziandikisha zinakuaje?

    urithi unajulikana mkuu kwa sababu unapewa wakiwepo mashahidi au shahidi,cha msingi wakati unakiuza kiwanja cha namna hiyo hakikisha hakina mgogoro wa aina yeyote baina yenu wana ndugu kuhusiana na hicho kiwanja,ikitokea umeshakiuza ndo mgogoro ukatokea utatakiwa kutoa ushahidi unaojitosheleza kuthibitisha urithi wako hivyo basi shahidi aliyekuwepo wakati unakabidhiwa urithi atakusaidia,cha msingi tafuta customary right of occupance au umiliki wa kimila ktk baraza la ardhi kijijini kwako ili uishi kwa amani.
