In developed countries where proper institutions are in place a persons' wealth is no secret. Even if a persons' exact wealth can't be calculated, a reasonable guess can be made. Here in Tanzania even the salaries of public officials is a "state secret". So my question is, according to the knowledge of different members in JF, who are the richest Tanzanians and how did they accumulate their wealth?

For Tanzania you will never get to know who is the richest person most of these people who we are pointing out as richest in our country, in fact they are the first people to evade paying taxes their businesses are not open I am not sure about there financial audited reports, they do not disclose how much profit they made per year even if they give us the figures I doubt whether the figures will be true.
