50yrs back, the country was not developed like now days. During Mwalim era & retired Hon Mwinyi, the country was not much good if compared to Sir W. Mkapa. During Mkap era the country was very developed intern of gros economy, he left the country with high manageble finance utilization. He also found the reliable sources of funds including well organized TRAs administrators.
The marketing price was very low although there is international flactuations, but the prices are of resonable.
Then the government officials/ employee were of high value if compared to this JKs era were the busness man were the stakeholder of thr carbinet.
Everyday the prices are going up, no salary increasing to the gvm employee, even private sectors.
People are poor condition, paying electric bill without using it. Now in moshi there is water allocation apert from living under the mt klm.
Were are the president and his fellows taking us?
