This is just an attempt to clear themselves of irresponsibility after a series of explotative agreements reached by CCM's ministers over all these years they have been in charge. I don't understand what the hell you are talking about. From the get go, Tanzania has been very clear that it doesn't land issue to be part of the federation; however, other countries have decided to do exactly what Tanzania was against. It is seems these people are not interested with the federation but rather Tanzania's land.
