    Mkuu hivyo vitu matata sana, mimi nina imani tutafika tuu, sio lazima tutengeneze kila kitu, tunaweza kushirikiana na mataifa mengine tukapata vifaa bora tukaassemble hapa hapa kwetu, nilikua naangalia documentary ya bmw z4, mkuu kila kitu kimotoka eneo mbalimbali na vimekua assembled eneo lingine kabisa, mfano mjerumani katengeneza engine, ikatumwa us, seat kuna kampuni nyingine imetengeneza, yaani ni ushirikiano matata na mwisho kinatoka kitu matata pia, pia angalia ndege ya airbus karibia mataifa matano kila moja limetengeza kifaa mojawapo, kuanzia engine, mabawa nakadhalika kisha wakaassemble . Nimecheck website ya nyumba wanaushirikiano na mataifa mengi tuu ila lbda bado hawajafikia hatua muhimu za kufanya kazi wote, kudos nyumbu, at least we have something

    Nyumbu, nyumbu nyumbu miaka nenda rudi, Ufanisi uko wapi? Tatizo wanatengeneza magari ya jeshi wakati vita hatuna. Kuweni wabunifu, kaeni kibiashara zaidi siyo kivita vita! tengenezi magari ya kuuza hata soko la ndani linawashinda! Mkichukua hata DCM moja mkadesa shida iko wapi? Aaaaaaaa! Nyumbu mnakosa sifa ya kuendelea kuwepo, karne ya 21 hii kumbukeni.

    Kazeni uzi, siyo kupaka rangi gari moja miezi mitatu! Inavyoonekana hata training zikija, wakurungezi ndo huwa wanaenda wakati ni watu wa kusaini tu na kula posho, ajira ndo hivyo ukipata njaa haiishi kwa nini mtu ukae hapo wakati kuna makampuni kibao yanalipa tena kwa USD bongo bana. Sera zetu ndo zinatuua taratibu tutajikuta miaka 100 ya uhuru lakini bado wateja wa bidhaa toka nje.

    Yutong kule China kilikuwa ni kiwanda kikubwa kilichokuwa kikitengeneza zana za kivita, kiwanda kimebadilishwa sasa kinatengeneza mabasi na mitambo mingine ya kiraia, mabasi ya Yotong yamefika hata hapa kwetu TZ. Ni muda muafaka kwa Serikali kuiwezesha Nyumbu pamoja na zana za kivita, kiwanda kitengeneze magari kwa ajili ya matumizi ya kiraia, tutaokoa mamilioni ya dola tunazopeleka Japan kununua magari tena mitumba. Kiwanda hiki kinaweza kutoa mchango mkubwa sana katika pato la Taifa na hivyo kupunguza umaskini tulio nao leo. Kutakuwa na haja gani ya kuagiza magari mitumba toka Japan na kwingineko wakati yapo magari mapya hapa nchini ambayp bila shaka bei itakuwa nzuri tu.

    Nyerere alikuwa na dira akaona haja ya kuwa na kiwanda hicho, Warithi ni kama vile wamekitelekeza sana, wakumbuke kuwa hakuna maendeleo popote duniani bila ya kuwa na mageuzi ya Sayansi na Tekinolojia.

    mkuu umenena, mbali na yutong hapa china, ukiwa mitaani utagundua kwamba magari yote maarufu duniani ni wameassemble hapa hapa kwao, mfano kila mji unakiwanda kinachoassemble magari brand flani utakuta beijing hyundai, beiijing jeep, beijing benz , huko guangzhou ambako ndio moyo wa china unadunda ndio usiseme, guangzhou toyota, guangzhou honda, nk, pia unakuta wanatumia kampuni zao hizi kununua kampuni kubwa kubwa, mfano geely ya china ishanunua volvo, sasa hivi wanazifyatua hpahapa kama matofali, sichuan waliikosa kosa hummer mwaka jana na ingeshanunuliwa, hapo shanghai ndio usiseme VW(shanghai volkswagen), kila kitu kinawezekana kma serikali inasupport, china makampuni yana support kubwa sana kutoka serikalini (chama ,teh teh)ingawa wengi hawakipendi kama sisi tusivyopenda ccm. lakini ccm huwezi kulinganisha na hiki cha china

    Guys r u serious?????? Mnazungumzia mambo ya kwenye museum? JF is so big hebu jaribuni kutafuta picha za hiyo nyumbu leo hii mtaniambia kuna nini pale. Halafuj honestly yaletwe mahesabu ya fweza iliyotumika so far kwenye project za nyumbu na matokeo yake.

    Nafikiri kuwa na kiwanda sasa hivi ni rahisi sana. Wengi wanachofanya ni kuagiza parts nyingi na kuziunga nchini kwao.

    Ukiangalia hata hizi Tata Nano (tudogoo) kama sikosei, injini zinatoka German.

    Magari mengi sana duniani, wanatumia vifaa fulani vya nchi kadhaa na sababu ni kuwa wale jamaa kwa kweli ni mabingwa wa utengenezaji. Hata Waswidi, kuna vifaa wanaagiza kutoka German au France.

    Ndiyo maana kwa mfano ukija kwenye ndege, kuna makampuni machache sana wanaodeal na kutengeneza injini tu.

    Ukija kwenye Computers kuna jamaa wao wana deal na vifaa fulani tu. Leo hii kama nina hela, ninaweza kuwa na kiwanda changu cha Laptop Tanzania na kila kifaa ninaagiza nje. Ila sasa kama kiwanda kikianza kuwa kikubwa, hapo watakuja watu na kusema kuwa kifaa fulani watakuja na kuanza kukitengenenza Tanzania. Faida yake siku zote huwa ni KODI. Ukijana nusu product, kodi yake inakuwa ndogo sana kwani unaleta AJIRA. Ila wakati mwingine nchi husika, wanabamiza kodi sana kwa wanaochukua nusu product.

    Nilishaona kampuni fulani ikitengeneza magari na kuyapeleka nchi nyingine. Yakifika huko, yanafunguliwa na kuwa parts na kuingizwa nchi husika kama PARTS na hapo yanafungwa tena na kuwa magari. Kwa sababu hiyo, waliweza kukwepa kodi kubwa huko wanakotoka na pia nchi yanapoungwa tena walilipa kodi kidogo. Wale jamaa wanaoyafungua, na wao walifaidika kwani vijana walipata kazi ya kufungua na kufunga kama parts na kuyatuma nchi husika.

    Kama tutataka ni jambo linalowezekana sana. Ila tu swali la kujiuliza, kama leo USA, Sweden (VOLVO), UK nk wanahangaika sana na viwanda vyao vya magari, sisi tuna haja kweli ya kuwa na kiwanda cha magari wakati sasa hivi sokoni kuna magari kibao?
    Ingelikuwa ni busara tuseme kuwa tuwe na kiwanda cha Matrekta maana ni vitu muhimu sana. Baadhi ya vyuma ingelikuwa rahisi kuwa made in TAnzania kama ninavyoona hapo ju.

    Ni kweli kwa nchi masikini na iliyochelewa kuendelea ni bora kulalia upande fulani ili iweze kufanikiwa lakini pia wanahitaji marketers wazuri watakaoweza kutafuta wateja hapa hapa nchini

    Kwanza watengeneze magari ya kutumia wao wenyewe ili tupunguze matumizi ya fedha za kigeni. Mzinga wana uwezo wa kutengeneza bunduki, risasi nk. Nyumbu nao wawezeshwe watengeneze angalau zana ndogo ndogo za kivita na magari madogo ya kutumiwa na majeshi yetu yote. Tatizo hawawezeshwi na vigozi wanataka magari ya nje ambako hupata 10%. Wakitumia ya nyumbu hizo kamisheni hakuna. Tuwalazimishe waindeleze nyumbu. Teknologia karibu zote huanzia jeshini na wakiona imepitwa na wakati basi huitoa uraiani. NYUMBU WAENDELEZWE KWA FAIDA YA TAIFA LETU.

    Ila kufanya biashara na hawa jamaa ni ngumu sana, yaani customer care zero, wanaleta ujeshi kwenye kila kitu.

    Nilipata kusikia hadithi za wale mabwana waliokuja nchini kwa lengo la kukwapua rasilimali madini yetu huku wakipumbaza watu kwa kufadhili km si kusaidia uzalishaji wa magari ya Jeshi ktk kiwanda hiki cha Nyumbu na ndio chimbuko la ule utetezi wa Waziri mkuu kutetea wezi wale kwamba ni masuala ya usalama wa nchi hivyo haikua busara kuyadisclose bungeni!...

    Japo 10% ya magari ya Serkali kila mwaka yangenunuliwa kutoka Nyumbu, ingepatikana fedha ya kutosha kuiendeleza Nyumbu na kufanikisha kutengeneza magari yenye ubora zaidi. Lakini ndo hivyo tena, jamaa wanawaza kubembea na ma VX na kupata 10% ya manunuzi ya nje!

    VETA na wenyewe bana, wameshindwa walau kukatransform haka kagari kakae kimvuto; hata rangi sijui wamepaka kwa brush kama nyumba!
