Serikali ya Tanzania imeendeleza upuzi kufuatia ajali za Ferry an vyombo vingine vya majini. Mv Skagit vessel was not allowed to sail more than 20 miles from the harbour for safe refuge yet the vessel sailed more than 72Kms from dar ignoring instructions. The ferry was also restricted to sailing in calm sea conditions in order to maintain the vessel upright and passender movement was to be minimised yet the vessel was in turbulent waters of the ocean. Come clean Tanzania pay all those victims of the tragedy because you are slow in thinking and rarely foresee the future till such things happen. Nani wa kulaumiwa hapa, abiria ama serikali ya TANZANIA. Should the minister of transport resign??

theysaidno: Minister for transport stated categorically yesterday that he will not resign on account that, zanzibar detached itself from a very strict law of sumatra and embarked on its own very loose Zanzibar Martime Authority law that allows obselete vessels to be registered--- he reiterated that the zanzibar minister for transport who participated fully in making of that law was actually late to resign.....
