    kwa masikitiko na majonzi makubwa naleta mbele zenu yangu machache kuhusu hili kampuni la umeme Tz.
    kuna dhana ya customer care ,yaani kwa kifupi huduma bora kwa mteja.lakini wenzetu Tanesco dhana hiyo hamna kabisaa.
    naandika hivyo kwasababu zilizotajwa hapo chini:
    • ankara hazitoki kwa wakati maalum ,na hata zikitoka sio sahihi.Mteja unapata bili ya makadirio kwa muda mrefu kuliko
    • mawasiliano kwa ujumla kwa wateja hamna ,haswa kama kuna hitilafu au matengenezo.wanaweza kukata umeme kwa muda wa siku mbili na wasitoe sababu za katizo
    • hawako tayari kukubali kulipa fidia hata kama ni uzembe wa shirika uliosababisha huaribifu.

    Issue ya TANESCO itakuwa solved pale tu serikali itakapoondoa ukiritimba wa TANESCO to be the sole monopoly of supplying and distribution of electricity in Tanzania. Si mnaona mambo ya TTCL yalivyobadilika? kama monopoly itaendelea na mbaya zaidi kuendelea kuwa owned na serikali basi don't expect any miracle. ofisi za serikali hazijui customer care kwani wanajiona ni miungu watu, wateja nndiyo wanalazimishwa kuwacare TANESCO!!! NAFIKIRI UMENIPATA HAPO.
    Mabadiliko nilazima yaanzie na TANESCO kuwa huru yaani private halafu makampuni ya binafsi yaruhusiwe kuendesha biashara ya umeme. Hapo ndiyo mteja atakuwa mfalme. Huku ughaibuni kampuni moja ikikorofisha tu wateja wanahama kama utitiri kwenda kampuni nyengine, hilo linakuwa fundisho tosha therefore hata fidia hulipwa bila taabu na maafao mengine juuu, discounts kwa loyal customers as well. Kwa kifupi neno CUSTOMER CARE tanzania hasa katika mijishirika hiii ya kiserikali naona ni wimbo tuuu. not yet not yet!!

    Haya ndiyo Tanga Cement waliyokuwa wakilalamikia lakini wazalendo wakawatetea wenzao kwa dhana kuwa wale ni makaburu! sasa wamepata ushindi wa kishindo (barua ya kujiuzulu imefutwa, bei zimeongezwa) tusubiri hayo mabadiliko. Pole sana mwenzetu lakini ndivyo ilivyo kwa mashirika yetu ya huduma. Tunawashangilia Dawasco kukata maji Masaki huku tukisahau kuwa hayo maji yalikuwa hayapo Masaki kwa miaka nenda rudi. Watu walikuwa wanategemea maboza! waheshimiwa wa Dawasco walikuwa wanacharge kwa wastani!Pole lakini ndivyo tulivyowalea wenyewe.

    Juzi nilikuwa kijiweni na njagu fulani,akilalamika kwa nini anaishi uswahilini na kulipa bili ya umeme kubwa,tena alfu thenashara tu(12,000)kwa mwezi,akasema ni afadhali angebaki kota ili atumie kila kitu bwerere.TANESCO ipo kwa maslahi ya wachache serikalini.Tuombe Dua uko mbeleni yaingie mashirika mengi ya umeme kama haya ya simu ili tuwahukumu vema.Hapo hata luku zitauzwa uswazi kama vocha wala hutakuwa na haja ya kupanga foleni hadi saa 3 usiku.

    Nasikia muswada umepelekwa bungeni kubadilisha hizo sheria za monopoly.hope utapita maana kule bado kuna wana amini hizi state companies kufanya biashara!
