Newly confirmed cases from the3rd of September up till 08Sept. 2009, were 10 cases and no deaths.

    MEDICINE AVAILABILITY
There were 51,283 doses of Tamiflu given to Tanzania by WHO and 1,200 of which were given to Zanzibar.
Various service providers(hospitals) have been informed by the Ministry of Health on how to access these medicines and patient suspected to have Swine flu will be told where to go as they need to be isolated to avoid infecting others.
