    1: Je mpangaji anaweza akalipia na kununua LUKU tanesco kwa jina lake
    2: Kama ni mali ya mpangaji je akihama anaweza kuhama na LUKU yake?
    3: Kama inabidi iandikishwe kwa jina la mwenye nyumba je, mpangaji anaweza kuimiliki kama ameilipia yeye
    4: Mwisho naombwa kujuza nilisikia mwakani januari bei ya kufunga umeme ma kununua LUKU itashuka je itakuw kima cha chini kiasi gani?

    1. Mpangaji hawezi kununua token kwa jina lake kwa kuwa Mita imesajiliwa kwa jina la mwenye nyumba unless makubaliano ya kutumia jina la mpangaji yamefanyika.
    Masuala mengine kaulize ofisi za TANESCO.

    Kama umeingia kwenye nyumba yake haina umeme, na wewe unataka kuingiza umeme mtakaa na kujadili:

    a. Ama wewe ununue LUKU kwa hela na jina lako na siku ya kuhama unaondoka nayo ama mwenye nyumba akurudishie gharama zako...
    b. Ama mwenye nyumba akuwekee LUKU kwa gharama zake na wewe unabaki tu kununua tu token kwa kadi yake ya LUKU

    Mita ya LUKU unaweza kuinunua na kuimiliki kwa jina lako hata kama huna nyumba au unaweza kufunga kwenye nyumba uliyopanga kama umekubaliana na mwenye nyumba wako, ukihama unaweza pia kuhama nayo na kwenda kufunga nyumba nyingine.

    Hivi hakuna jamaa wa TANESCO humu watusaidie?

    Hii habari ya kusepa na LUKU ya watu ndo naisikia kwenu wakuu. Mimi mwezi uliopita nililipia LUKU kwa ajili ya kuweka kwenye kibanda changu cha biashara pamoja na vyumba vyangu viwili vya kuishi ambavyo viko pembeni mwa hicho chumba cha biashara. Nilichoambiwa na watu wa TANESCO ni kuwa nikubaliane na mwenye nyumba ili nipeleke ramani yenye kuonesha hivyo vyumba pamoja na wiring itakavyokuwa humo kwa ndani.

    Sasa sharti nililopewa ni kuwa pindi nikitaka kuhama hiyo mita itabaki hapo hapo vinginevyo nikubaliane na mpangaji mpya ili anirudishie gharama zangu. Kama siyo hivyo itakuwa imekula kwangu. Sasa wadau mnaosema habari ya kusepa na mita ya watu mmeyatoa wapi hayo?

    Kwa ufupi mita ikishawekwa kwenye nyumba huwezi kuihamisha. Maana tayari usajili wake unaonesha mtaa huo uliopo na ndo maana unapojaza fomu za hao jamaa sharti useme uko jirani na nani?

    Mita huwezi kuhama nayo kwasababu ya coordinates za GPS za sehemu iliyofungwa. Kama wewe ni mpangaji na ulikubaliana na mwenye nyumba kuweka umeme ktk nyumba husika, basi ukitaka kuhama ni bora ukaongea na mwenye nyuma akurudishie gharama za service line ulizolipia.
