    hello pipo....kuna mtu anaweza kunipa mwanga hizo successes and failures of labour law in bridging the gap between an employer and an employee in Tanzania terms of rights and liabilities of both parties.....

    If so vitu mbona vipo tu mkuu, anzia kwenye act, nenda kapate actuals; unaweza kufanya sampling katika makampuni makubwa, midlle na normals, uone!! utamwaga mambo si mchezo!!

    angalia hali ilivyokuwa kabla, na sasa ipoje baada ya kulinganisha mapungufu ya sheria zilizokuwepo. hili ni zoezi la uhakiki wa vifungu vya sheria za zamana na hii ya sasa ya ELRA sambamba na kupata maoni ya moja kwa moja wa wadau kupitia vyama vya wafanyakazi, vyama vya waajiri kama (ATE) na CMA au Wizara ya Mambo ya Ajira ambayo inatakwimu za kujua kama kweli physically hizo gaps zilizokuwepo zimezibwa au bla blahhh tu. Kumbuka kuwa na sheria ni kitu kimoja la utekelezaji wake ni kitu kingine, hivyo huwezi kusema sheria imeshindwa au imefanikiwa pasipo kuchambua utekelezaji wake kimuundo na kitaasisi au kwa matokeo ya kuwepo kwake kwa kuwauliza formally wadau. Hii yako ni kwamba hypothesis inatoa hitimisho (kufanikiwa na kutofanikiwa). Aidha, ni vyema kukumbuka pia kuwa Sheria za kazi zipo nyingi mbali na ELRA, 2004 na Labour Institutions Act, 2005. Zipo pia pia kama "Civil Service Act 2002," na hata "Social Security/Pensions" (NSSF, PPF, Public Service Retirement Benefits Act 1999, etc. Ni ni vyema pia ukaweka wazi unapuliza ni "Labour Law" zipi??:washing:

    mkuu kuna matatizo sana katika hizi sheria za kazi but if you go the some compayies kama soft drinks companies utagundua sheria za kazi hua azifuatwi hata kwa 5%
