    Ndugu zangu,watz tumekuwa tukifurahia sana mabadiliko ya sayansi na teknolojia ikiwemo mabadiliko ya bidhaa mbalimbali bila kujua athari zake.Nasikia bidhaa nyingi zinazoletwa hapa kwetu hazitumiwi na hawa jamaa wanaotuletea,isipokuwa zinakuwa''Special For Africa---yaani feki

    kwa mfano kabla ya serikali kuruhusu bidhaa kuingia holela
    watanzania wanamiliki industry nyingi kwa mfano home furnitures,
    transportation industry,
    it industry,
    kilimo ni watanzania ndio wanalima sio serikali,
    na industry nyingi tu zingine,
    entertainment industry kwa mfano
    tatizo ni policy zinazoua hizo industry, na wa kulaumu ni nani
    kama sio serikali????????

    Kuna ka ukweli ndani yake, mostly kuletewa bidhaa mbovu kunatokana na ujinga wetu binafsi.

    1) Tunazo chamber of commerce, hazifanyi kazi na hatuzitumii kama ipasavyo na kwa kuwa wanaoziendesha hizi chamber wanalielewa hilo na wanaelewa kuwa hatuzitumii ipasavyo, kwa ujinga wao, na wao wanabweteka na kubuni mambo ya kujineemesha wao binafsi na kuacha mambo yenye manufaa kwa umma yaende yanavyokwenda na si kama ipasavyo.

    2) Tuna TBS, Tanzania Bureau of Standards, ambayo kwa sababu kama za hapo juu, imeshindwa kuelimisha umma kuwa kila bidhaa iagizwayo au itengenezwayo hapa nchini inapaswa kuwa na kiwango fulani kinachokubalika. Viwango hutofautiana nchi na nchi. Na inapaswa Tanzania ya ama tuwe na kiwango maalum kwa kila kitu tuagizacho na wakati ambao tunajitahidi kufikia hapo, tu adopt kiwango cha nchi fulani ambacho tunaridhika kuwa hicho ni kiwango bora na kitanufaisha mtumiaji.

    Tatizo hapa si kuwa na viwango tu, ni kuwa na mkakati wa kuelimisha waagizaji bidhaa na watumiaji hizo bidhaa, namna ya kutumia viwango na namna ya kuagiza bidhaa zenye viwango vinavyokubalika.

    Leo hii hapa kwetu, mtu anakwenda China au kwengine kokote, anaambiwa kabisa hii LCD TV ina meet viwango vya ki British (British Standard) bei yake ni $200 na kama hutaki inayo meet Standard yeyote, hii hapa bei yake ni $50, ukubwa ni ule ule. Mfanyabiashara wa Kichaga au Kipemba, toka ajuwe kwenda China utamwambia nini anunuwe hiyo yenye ku meet BS? Nakuhakikishia, huna cha kumwambia kwani anajali nini zaidi ya faida yake, na taaluma ya standards hana? Kwa hiyo utaona tatizo kubwa hizi Bureau of Standard na Chamber zetu za biashara, zimelala.

    Tarehe 10/10/09 kuna mkutano pale Chamber of Commerce Dar. Kwa kuwa ni mwanachama nimealikwa, ntakwenda (InshaAllah) na ntazungumza na ntapendekeza cha kufanywa kama nilivyoona Chanber za wenzetu zinavyofanya kazi na how effective they are. Na tutaona manazil yatavyokwenda.

    Kwa sasa, bila na kuwa na at least hivyo viombo vinavyojali, tutabaki hivi hivi kwa muda mrefu wa kubambikiwa bidhaa mbovu.

    Na ieleweke kwamba, mtengenezaji hana ujanja wa kukuuzia bidhaa mbovu ikiwa Chamber na BS yako inakuelimisha cha kufanya na ina measures na mikataba ya kukuwezesha kulipwa mali yako na fidia kama itaonekana wamekudanganya na ipimwapo haifikii kiwango ukitakacho. Jee unajuwa ni kiwango gani ukitakacho ununuapo soksi zako? na hakika wengi wetu hatujui, TBS wanajuwa,lakini wanafanya kukuelimisha wewe muagizaji, msambazaji na mtumiaji?

    wenzetu nchi zilizoendelea wanasema hakuna kisichowezekana......why us?is it bcoz of inferior complex? i think it is........tubadilike wajameni.........sisi ndio taifa la leo.

    of course serikali ya ccm lazima ilaumiwe kwa madudu yoote yanayo yokea.......wanajaribu hata ku legalise vitu ambavyo ni illegal......TBS sijui kama kweli wako makini naona ubabaishaji.........

    The problem is that we are very cheaply priced and we have accepted to be underpriced by rich nations................shida ipo japo wakubwa wanataka kutatua matatizo yetu wakiwa kwenye tv.....mdau tunakusubiri ili tupate japo somo kutoka huko chamber opf commerce......Tutaibiwa mpaka lini?
