The first round of the new Premier League season will see the games featuring last year's top four all broadcast live.
ESPN will show Newcastle v Arsenal in the evening kick-off on Saturday 13 August, the first day of the 2011-12 season, while Chelsea's trip to Stoke and the champions, Manchester United, at West Brom will be shown in a double-header on Sky Sports the following day
Newly promoted Swansea's first ever match in the Premier League, away to Manchester City, is to be televised by Sky on the Monday.
Both Sky and ESPN's schedules are currently confirmed until November. Other highlights of the first month include Arsenal v Liverpool (Sky) on the second weekend and the clashes between Tottenham and Manchester City (ESPN) and Manchester United and Arsenal (Sky) on Sunday 28 August.
Barney Francis, the managing director of Sky Sports, said: "In the first set of live fixtures we will see seven major derbies, all [last season's] top six teams in the opening 10 days and every Premier League club live before the end of November."
