Sitta on DOWANS payment: unanswered questions and painful

Minister for Eeast African Cooperation Hon. MP Samwel Sitta said the decison to pay DOWANS has not gone through the cabinet

Mr. Sitta Said he would seek explanations over the matter when the cabinet convenes, adding that there were some unanswered questions

He further explained and said it was "painful" to pay the amount

The minister said he believed Mr. Ngeleja and Attorney General F. Werema would have something to tell the cabinet since all the announcements they were making had not been discussed by the cabinet..... they will have to tell us it is very serious.. we have not discussed collectively and made a decision to pay up

They are coming out now because they know the time to be counted is now or they will perish like flies.

Kwenye cabinet sio peponi, there is life even outside it! Maslahi ya nchi lazima yatetewe kwa gharama yoyote hata kama ni kuwatimua Bungeni kama walivyomtimua Zitto!
 
Sitta anaujasiri wa kufanya haya...?.... inamaana mpaka cabinet iridhie ndiyo malipo yatafanyika..? au sitta anatuweka sawa tu aonekane anapinga malipo hayo.... au anashinikiza ili nae apate mgao

mkuu..... naukubali ujasiri wa Sitta..... lakini hawa wanasiasa wetu wengi wapo after maslahi.... je wakimwahidi donge.... bora sisi tumchangie hata kitu kidogo apambane
 
Wachache sana wanauthubutu kama wa sitta ndani ya ccm, ama wanajua maovu yanayotendeka bt wataanzia wapi kuongea kama makamba na vibaraka wake hawajamfilisi kila sekta..
 
Jamani namuomba mzee 6 ajiangalie maana kutokana na hiyo statement, mafisadi wanaweza kumdhuru kabla hata ya kikao cha cabinet
 
By the look of things Sitta anaufahamu vzuri mchezo unaoendelea na possibly has a piece tht he believes will convince others kwamba anachokiongea ni more than correct in their own language kwani kwa lugha yetu wengine tunaonekana ni waongo na tunatafuta umaarufu.

Cabinet my foot,hata kama wangeambiwa anafikiri zaidi yake pengine na Mwakyembe na Magufuli nani mwingine angemuunga mkono kwenye suala la kuilipa dowans????asitu-enjoy sis,hawana mamlaka yeyote ya kubadili decision ya ICC.:playball:
