`Sign language is the main cause for the deaf students in Tanzania to fail their National exams be it standard 7 or form 4 and form 6 because of the nature of the language(sign language) that it does not follow the normal grammmar of the spoken laguage.`Is it true..? if is true, members how do we say concern this issue and how we can help our fellow?
