Serikali ya China kuijenga upya TAZARA kuanzia mwaka huu wa fedha 2012/2013

    Serikali ya Jamhuri ya Watu wa China imekubali kuanza utekelezaji
    wa miradi miwili mikubwa nchini (Tazania) katika mwaka wa fedha
    2012/2013 ukiwemo ujenzi wa reli ya TAZARA kati ya Kapilimposhi Zambia
    na Dar es saalam.

    Mradi mwingine ni wa Makaa ya Mawe Ludewa na Chuma Liganga ambayo kwa pamoja itagharimu zaidi ya dola za Kimarekani bilioni 4.

    Akizungumza katika maHafari ya wanafunzi wa Tanzania wanaosoma

    katika vyuo vikuu mjini Wuhan, China, Balozi wa Tanzania katika Jamhuri
    ya Watu wa China Phillipo Marmo amesema, ujenzi wa miradi hiyo utaongeza
    ufanisi katika usafiri na usafirishaji pamoja na kukuza ajira kwa
    watanzania.


    "Mwaka huu wa fedha, zaidi ya waandisi 400 kutoka China watakwenda Tanzania kuifumua na kuijenga upya reli ya TAZARA," amesema.


    "Ujenzi huo utaboresha uimara wa reli na kupunguza muda wa kusafiri
    kwa kutumia reli hiyo katika maeneo inapotoa huduma tofauti na ilivyo
    sasa."


    Reli ya TAZARA iliyojengwa kwa msaada wa serikali ya Watu wa China
    kati ya mwaka 195 hadi 1975 imekuwa ikilalamikiwa sana na watumiaji
    wake kutokana na ubovu wa miundombinu yake, yakiwemo mabehewa, mataaluma
    na hata uongozi.


    Kuhsu miradi ya Makaa ya mawe na chuma, Balozi Mmo ameeleza kuwa
    miradi hiyo inayotarajiwa kukamilika ndani ya kipindi cha miaka miwili
    ujenzi wake takapoanza, itasidia kukuza uchumi wa Taifa na kuongeza
    ajira kwa Watanzania.


    "Nchi yenye chuma inakuwa na mwelekeo mzuri wa kuwa na viwanda vitakavyotoa ajira kwa wananchi wake," amesema.
    Kuhusu utalii, Balozi huyo amewataka wanafunzi Watanzania walioko China kuitangaza vema nchi yao ili kuongeza pato la taifa kutokana na China kuwa na idadi kubwa ya watalii kila mwaka.

    "China inatoa watalii milioni 100 kila mwaka, kati ya hao ni 10,000
    tu wanaoenda Tanzania. Lengo la serikali ni kuendelea kutangaza vivutio
    vya utalii tulivyonavyo ili angalau asilimia moja ya watalii wa hapa
    waende kwetu," amesema na kuongeza kuwa, "tukifanya hivyo tutaongeza
    ajira na kukuza uchumi kupitia nyanja ya utalii". Kati ya watalii
    milioni 100 kutoka china, watalii zaidi ya 300,000 wanatembelea Angola.


    Maelezo hayo ya Mhe Marmo yametokana na hotuba ya Mwenyekiti wa WUTASA Bi Fatma Waziri kwa mgeni rasmi kuwa uwepo wa wanafunzi wa Tanzania mjini Wuhan ni zaidi ya uanafunzi kwani wamekuwa wakiitangaza vivutio mbalimbali vya utalii kupitia maonesho ya utamaduni.


    Awali wahitimu katika riasala yao iliyosomwa na DR. Ally Ahmed Saburi wameiomba serikali kushughulikia kwa haraka maombi ya mikopo ya wanafunzi walioko nje ya nchi kwani wanafunzi wa Kitanzanai wanaotegemea mikopo kutoka bodi ya mikopo na
    serikali ya mapinduzi Zanzibar wanapata wakati ngumu na kuishi kwa shida
    kutokanana ucheleweshwaji wa fedha.


    "Wanafunzi wanaotegemea mikopo ya serikali wanakuwa na maisha magumu kutokana na ucheleweshwaji wa mikopo au wakati mwingine kuikosa kabisa. Tunaomba serikali iliangalie jambo hili kwa ukaribu ili kuepusha aibu wanayopata wanafunzi wanaotegemea mikopo nje ya nchi," alisema Dr. Ally.

Bongo tujiandae

    Wanakuja tena kutengeneza Tazara, wataleta wataalau wao hawachukui wabongo ni wao na wanakula chochote kinachokimbia vichakani kwahiyo tutapoteza vidudu vyetu vyote huko Maporini wanapopitisha hiyo reli.

    Sijui kama kweli wataajiri wabongo kwenye viwanda vya CHUMA na COAL angalia Zambia; tutamlaumu Mzindakaya ndie yeye aliyewachagua hao wachina before Waswedish, Wanorway, Wajerumani

    Huu ni ujuha mkuu, inamaana hili shirika lilikuwa likijiendesha kwa hasara? Kwa nini tusubiri hadi Wachina watujengee hii reli kwa manufaa yetu, hapa ndiyo viongozi wetu napowaona wasaliti wa kwanza. Na wanahitaji kufanyiwa uchunguzi wa kina kama kweli wapo madarakani kwa interests za nchi au ni mapapeti.

    Sijui ni wangapi mnajua uozo uliopo Tanzania, karibu kwenye mashirika yote yanayomilikiwa na serikali. wafanyakazi wa mashirika hayo wameyafanya ni miradi yao binafsi. Kwa mfano kuna miaka ya 80 nilisafiri na TAZARA kutoka Makambako kwenda DSM. Mabehewa yalijaa mizigo-magunia ya vyakula ya wafanyakazi ambao hawayalipii chochote. Vyumbani nako walikuwepo wasafiri wengi ambao walikuwa wanatumia ticket maalum amabzo hutolewa kwa wafanyakazi. Maana yake treni ilikuwa inasafiri kwa hasara! Hii imeendelea mpaka leo hii!

    Kama kweli Watanzania wana uchungu na nchi yao inabidi wafunguke na siyo kushabikia tu kuwa tunataka mashirika ya serikali. Sote tumesikia alichoona Mwakyembe kwenye safari yake ya Train ya Dodoma.

    Mimi ningependekeza kuwa serikali isimamie tu njia ya reli lakini iruhusu watu binafsi wenye uweze wa kununua vichwa vya train na mabehewa na ujuzi wa kusafirisha mizigo watumie hizo njia. Mbona ndivyo tunavyofanya kwenye barabara?

    Katika Mkataba Zambia ina asilimia kubwa zaidi ya Tanzania na ukiangalia Kuanzia Mkurugenzi Mkuu na wakurugenzi wengi wa Maana ni lazima wawe Wazambia, Wazambia wametoa Dola Milioni 10 kwa matengenezo hii ni baada ya Sata kuchukua Madaraka.

    Mzinga, kama wanakuja kuchimba na makaa ya mawe, basi reli ya TAZARA itakuwa ni ya muhimu kwao kuliko ilivyo reli ya kati kwao na kwetu.

    Kuna vitu vinatia sana aibu...Tazara is one of those. Inasuasua kwasababu ni kama haina mwenyewe. Watu wanakula wasipofanyia kazi.
    Kwa upande wa china hawafanyi haya bure bure. Wamewekeza sana kwenye mining Zambia. Copper inakuwa rahisi kama itasafirishwa kwa kutumia reli hiyo. Tukumbuke pia chuma na copper ni hot cake kule kwao
