    wa kuanzisha usafiri wa trani jijini Dar es Salaam;

    1. Hii ni serikali kuanza ukiritimba wa kufanya biashara ambayo ilishindwa toka kipindi kile.tunarudi socialism

    2. Ni uhamuzi wa kisiasa zaidi badala ya kitaalamu (zima moto)

    3.Kunenepesha matumbo ya watu fulani wkt wa tenda ya kusafirisha ; tunarudi kwenye MATATIZO YA UDA

    4. Kuna watu wanamikopo ya biashara ya Daladala kwenye mabenki ; sijui watailipaje kutokana na kupato kupungua na abiria wenye kukimbilia usafiri wa trani.

    5. Foleni inasababishwa na magari binafsi sio DALADALA; Sijui hizo takwimu wamezitoa wapi. wangetakiwa kufungu mageti ya kuingilia mjini kwa kucharge gari binafsi shillingi 5000; ili kudiscourage foleni.

    6.Biashara ya mafuta itaongezeka kwa kuiba ya kwenye trani km tunavyo shuhudia

    Daladala nchini si biashara bali ni vurugu na kero hususan wanavyojaza kupita kiasi, kukatiza route, kuongeza nauli bila mpango nk. Kuna haja ya kurejesha usafiri huo kwa chombo cha umma, siyo shirika la umma km mwanzo bali kila halmashauri za jiji zianzishe na kusimamia usafiri wa mji wake.

    Mimi binafsi nadhani sio vibaya kwa serikali ilivyoamua kufanya ww kama "entreprenuer" huna budi kuondokana na traditional ways za kufanya biashara yako hasa ya daladala unapaswa kubuni mbinu mpya ya kupata wateja wako/abiria mfano katika kuboresha huduma zako unaweza kulenga watu wa maofisini kama abiria wako cha msingi ni ww kuwa na uhakika na vyombo vyako vya usafiri na unaweza kuweka utaratibu maalumu wa malipo eg swap card technology kila abiria anapopanda gari yako anaswap kadi yake na account yake inakuwa credited ni investment inataka maandalizi ya kutosha lakini inalipa sana.Kwa mtindo huo hakuna mfanyakazi atataka kutumia usafiri binafsi kwenda ofisini wakati daladala za uhakika zipo,nauli inaweza ikawekwa fixed amount kama tshs 50,000/- kwa mwezi kwa kila kichwa kinachopata hiyo swap card cha msingi ni gari zako kuwa safi na za uhakika soko ni kubwa kuliko unavyoweza kufikiria mdau.

    Kwa hiyo wewe unaona usafiri wa daladala unatufaa? Usafiri wa daladala ni usafiri hatari kwa maisha ya binadamu awaye yeyote. Unachukuwa watu wachache wachache, madaladala yanaongoza kwa uvunjaji wa sheria za barabara, yanahatarisha usalama wa abiria, hygienically poor, you name it.

    Jiji la Dar linakua kwa kasi sana, lazima serikali ianzishe huduma ya mass transit. Meaning usafiri unaosafirisha wakaazi wengi kwa wakati mmoja, treni ni moja ya solution mkuu!

    FYI, miji yote mikubwa usafiri wa abiria lazima uwe subsidized ndugu yangu, and so serikali ni mdau namba moja kwenye hili, ili watumiaji washawishike kupata huduma nzuri kwa bei nafuu sana! Huduma ya treni ikianza, itapunguza movements za magari mengi sana and so less congestion! Wataanzisha pia na secure parking Ubungo, mtayaacha mgari yenu ubungo mwende na treni mjini. Wakianzisha huduma ya ferry toka ununio mpaka town ndo mambo mswaano kabisa!!

    Wewe kama ulikopa, peleka dala dala lako miji mingine ya TZ utapata leseni ufanye business kwa Dar pole sana!!! Tanzania ni kubwa mkuu si lazima dar, dar lazima ibadilike kukabiliana na ongezeko kubwa la wakaazi.

    mimi namshukuru sana Mwakyembe kwa kurudisha treni...tumechoka na tunanyanyaswa sana na waendesha madalala huku barabarani, wanaonaga kama wao ndio wenye haraka na barabara ni za kwao, tunapewa matusi fujo na kejeli. Naomba daladala zote zife zitoke barabarani tuweze kuendesha magari yetu kwa amani na pia itapunguza sana foleni. Hapo serikali nawapa BIG FIVE.

    Wewe takwimu zako kwamba daladala hazisababishi foleni umezitoa wapi?
    Duniani kote Usafiri wa maana mijiini unamilikiwa na serikali.
    UK, USA kote ni serikali.
    Hii kucharge watu si suluhisho.

    Fedha za wizi na uharamia ndiyo chanzo cha vurugu za usafiri Dar.
    Unalaumu matokeo na kukiacha chanzo kinatamba!

    Hakuna mambo tuliyokuw tunayasubiri kwa muda mrefu kama hili, huo usafiri unaoupigia chapuo wa daladala ndo unaosababisha foleni, kwa namna unavyoendeshwa. Daladala imekuwa si tena usafiri ule wa kutegemewa ili limesababishwa na wenye daladala kuwa na tamaa ya kupata fedha zaidi na kusababisha kero kubwa kwa abiria na ndio sababu watu wanajibana ili tu wamiliki kabajaji kakuwapeleka ofisini na mihangaiko yao ya kila siku.

    Mwakyembe safi kwa kweli tumechoka na usafiri wa daladala usiozingatia haki za binadamu,foleni,mbanano,wezi wa mifukoni,matusi,kejeli na vitimbi,ubabe wa makonda.Big up Mh. Mwakywmbe!!!!!

    Unastahili pole nyingi nyingi. Ila ni vizuri ukatambua kuwa mpango huu una manufaa kwa watu wengi zaidi kuliko hiyo faida unayopata wewe kwenye dala dala zako! Maslahi ya Uma ni muhimu kuliko maslahi binafsi bana.

    miaka ya nyumba niliwahi kufanya benki kitengo cha mikopo. mteja akaja akasema anataka kupanua biashara yake ya kupeleka ngozi nje hivyo anahitaji kama mkopo wa milioni 70 nikamuhoji mengi ikiwa ni taratibu za afisa mikopo lakini jibu la swali moja ndo lina fanana na wewe. hizo ngozi unapeleka kampuni gani india.... akajibu ni siri kwa sababu watu watajua na wao watapeleka soko litasumbua ukawa mwisho wa usahili.

    Pole sana naona Mwakyembe anataka kuwaondoa barabarani na mradi wake wa treni halafu mradi wa mabasi nao umeshika kasi Wajerumani hawataki mchezo.

    Sijui kwa maoni yako ulitaka ile reli ya kutoka Station mpaka Ubungo nani apewe sidhani kama hiyo reli ina uhusiano wowote na daladala zenu.

    Watu wanapata shida sana ya usafiri kutoka makazini watu wamechoka wanataka kurudi majumbani kupumzika daladala zenu za kugombania makondaka wenu matusi kibao wakati mwingine unaona gari lipo tupu wanakuambia atupakii...mkuu acha treni ije.

    Parochial interests tunaita hizi.....huduma za usafiri mataifa mengi ni za serikali kupitia halmashauri zake, we unafikiri ukiruhusu mwekezaji mmoja (a monopoly) ndiyo unawafaidisha wananchi au tusithubutu hata kujaribu kitu kipya, tubaki hivi hivi ili wenye mikopo ya dala dala walipe na watz wengine waumie na productivity iendelee kushuka kwa sababu ya foleni zisizo na msingi.. bora ungekuja na utafiti unaonyesha kua hata treni haitapunguza foleni, siyo hizi sababu zako za kitoto.

    All your points are based on assumptions that nothing works in Tz today, so there's no need of even trying to implement some changes in our obvious failed transportation system this is what u imply ..this is the epitome of fatalism that Tanzanians have become famous for..

    Mkuu mimi nakubaliana naye. Kwa kweli kama ndo "uhamuzi" huo haijafanya vizuri lakini kama ni "Uamuzi" hapo niko upande wa Mwakyembe. Hiyo biashara yako ya daladala acha ikuozee!
