    Mi naona mleta uzi amepungukiwa nyama kwenye hoja, ila amejawa HISIA na MAZOEA.

    Watanzania tujitume tumudu ushindani, siyo kulalalama.

    Binafsi nlishafanyaga usahili nao na nafahamu watu waliokuwepo kwenye taasisi tuliyokuwa tunaomba kazi kufeli written na wenzangu na siye kuvuka hiyo hatua.

    Jamani, huwezi kutangaza kazi kwa kipindi hiki ukakosa wenye sifa, tena huwa wengi sana. Ukisema uache wengine uende kwenye hiyo ratio inayosemwa utamuacha nani na umwite nani? Kila mtu ana haki ya kuitwa na kushiriki interview hata kama nafasi ni moja, kikubwa aliyepata alama nyingi ndio apate. Uzoefu wangu hao wanaosema wana sifa hawakuitwa ni wengi na mara kadhaa mimi binafsi nimefuatilia wachache na kukuta hawakukidhi "mahitaji yaliyotajwa" japo wana sifa stahiki.Hii ndio sababu hawaitwi!. Waombaji wanakuwa na haraka hawasomi kinachotakiwa na kuishia kulalamika eti nina sifa sikuitwa!.

    Kuna interview panel nimewahi kushiriki na waliosailiwa nawajua ndugu zao. Ninajua fika hawakufanya vizuri, cha ajabu wamewaambia ndugu zao eti wamefanya vizuri kwenye interview!!! Mimi huwa mu wazi nikasema nilikuwemo na hawa ndugu zenu wamevurundaa, bila shaka hii ipo kwa wengine. Nashauri tu kabla ya kulalamika, tuhakikishe tuna ushahidi wa kutosha ili tuhuma zetu ziwe za kweli zisaidie kuboresha taasisi zetu.i

    Jaman hiki ni chombo cha serikali, kwa hiyo kinajitahid kupunguza longo longo mlizokuwa mmezizoea uko nyuma! kwanza, kwa kazi za kawaida utumishi hawaangalii experience, wao wanaamini utajifunza uko uko! mara nyingi wanaangalia ufaulu wako (GPA)! Ndiyo mana wakitangaza kama kazi assistant accountant/auditor, wanaita watu wengi mana waliomaliza vyuo ni wengi na wenye upper second zao ni wengi! Sasa kama unataka wawe wanasoma CV na kuita watu kutokana na CV zao, wale waliotoka shule mwaka jana watakwenda wapi? Wakianza kuita watu kwa CV zao basi mtasema maneno mengi kuliko myasemayo leo! Na tumeshashuhudia watoto wa wakulima waliotoka chuo direct wakipata kazi za utumishi hata kwa interview yao ya kwanza! Siku hizi wamekuwa wazi kabisa, interview ikifanyika asubui, jion majibu yanawekwa kwenye mtandao wao na unaonyeshwa umepata ngapi! Mi ninachojua ni kuwa watu wengi hawana uwezo wa kupambana wao kama wao na ndo mana wanatafuta visingizio, ila utumishi wamejitahid kupunguza uozo uliokuwepo mwanzo na ule ambao bado uko sehemu kama TRA, NSSF n.k! Hata kiundwe chombo gani, hakiwezi kukupa kazi hata kama hujiwezi! na kuna wanaopata hizo kazi na hawamjui mtu, nyie mnabaki kudai eti wanaajiri watu wasiojiweza! umejuaje?
    Maneno mengi hayavunji mfupa, mi nawashaur msome madaftar ya fani zenu vzr mana jamaa kwenye mtihan wa kuandika wanakurudisha darasan kwa 100%! Sasa kama ulikuwa shule unakamua unapata C, je leo hujajiandaa si ndo unapata 10 kabisa? angalia wale best student wa chuoni kwenu, bado yupo kitaa hana hata mchongo? na wale mliokuwa mnawaita wasongo, bado hawana mchongo? siyo rahisi!
    La mwisho ni kuwa angalien sana GPA zenu, bila upper second kwa ushindan wa sasa, ni vigumu kuingia serikalini! utaishia kwenye mabenk na startimes! ni hayo kwa leo!

    mkubwa ratio ambayo inaongelewa hapa ni kuwa baada ya watu kutuma maombi .wametuma watu 600 unahitaji 3 fine waite wote weka written exam ..chukua top list 6 ili kuwe na ratio flan angalau nafasi moja wanashindani watu 3 sio unaita watu 100 unataka 3 hapo ni kupotezea mda... huoni jinsi nhif walivyofanya kuna post moja walikuwa wanahitaji watu 3 ila walipokea maombi 100 walichofanya waliita watu kwnx written exam wakachukua watu 12 kila post inashindaniwa na watu 4 at least....sio unaita watu 100 unataka 3 jaman huko sio...

    Mimi naona secretariet wako sawa kabisa. ni bora kuita wote walioomba kufikisha mimimum qualification na wapewe paper ndio iwachuje. ukisema watumie CV sitakubali maana vyuo vya elimu ya juu vinatofautiana namna ya kutathimini wnafunzi. Unaweza ukakuta mwanafunzi wa chuo fulani ana First class ila ni bomu kuliko mwanafunzi wa chuo kingine ambaye ana second class lower. Pia CV huwa zinatengenezwa kwa uongo mwingi sana. hazisemi ukweli wakati wote. Je umewahi kufikiria michakato inayotumika vyuoni mpaka mtu kufaulu? hapo utasikia watu wametoa pesa kwa lecture wakapewa mtihani, madada wanatoa biology zao na kupewa mitihani, wakaka pia sikuhizi hufanya hivyo. wengine huwasiliana na malecturer wakiwaomba wasiwashike huku wakiahidi pesa.

    Mtihani wa secretariate umegundua yote hayo na ndio maana wantoa mtihani upya. hapo marmoja pumba hujitenga na ngano. Kuhusu kuita wengi kwenye oral interview pia ni vizuri maana wengine ni wazuri kuandika lakini hawajui kujieleza. hapo wanakuwa na uwanja mpana wa kumpata mwenye kujua kujieleza pia.

    Nyie mnaopinga ndio walewale wenye GPA kubwa huku mkiwa hamna kitu kichwani. au Baada ya kumaliza chuo mligawa material mkidhani kazi ya yale material ilikuwa ni kwa ajili ya mtihani tu, kumbe si kweli bali ni kwa ajili ya mtihani na zaidi ya yote kwa ajiri ya refence ukiwa kazini ili ufanye kama ulivyofundishwa.     Sisi vilaza mara nyingi hatufikirii outside the box, unaposema waitwe wachache kwenye interview ni kulimit uwanja mpana zaidi wa kupata mtu bora zaidi. Acha kulalamika kazi za kupeana zimeshapitwa na wakati. Nakumbuka wakati naanza kutafuta kazi nilikuwa na mawazo kama yako kuwa watu wanabebana kwenye ajira, mzee mmoja ambaye namshukuru hadi leo aliniambia "kijana ukiendelea na mawazo mgando kama hayo elimu yako itakuwa haijakusaidia" baada ya hapo nikawa nawekeza kwenye kujiandaa vyema kwenye interview, hadi sasa nikiitwa kwenye interview yoyote kama wanahitaji watu 2, asilimia ya kupata ni 85 bila kuhangaika kutafuta nani namjua wala nini kwa kuwa mambo hayo yanakufanya uwe na mawazo mgando na kushindwa kujiandaa kupambana vizuri.     Usilalamike, next time cha kufanya uki-apply nafasi ya watu 3 wakaita 100 usiende, kama ndiyo unafikiri ni kupotezeana muda. Uwezo wako wa kufikiri na kuchambua mambo ndio unaokufanya ulalamike. na kama hutabadili namna ya kuchambua mambo, interview zote utakuwa unabigwa chini. Ningekuwa natafuta nafasi yoyote ya kuajiri nisingekuajiri kwa kuwa unaonyesha uwezo mdogo wa kuchanganua mambo.
