All,
Am looking for an independent lawyer to run my labour case against my former employer. a case is now with CMA called only once waiting for mediation.
A person should :-
1. Be familiar with labour acts including amendments on how to deal with cases under old labour act.
2. Attended several cases before of the same nature.
3. logical thinker and good in details finding.
Will be paying all required fees and other charges after being satisfied with technical competency of a person.
