When you took 2 g into 200 mL, you prepared a solution of concentration 0.01g/ml. By taking 50 ml of the solution, you are measuring 0.5 g of solute. Introducing this amount of solute into 100 mL, you are preparing a solution of concentration 0.0005 g/ml.

    50ml+100ml+0.5g=0.5g/150ml.

A process of dilution is done by measuring a certain volume of a solution into a volumetric flask then top up with distilled water to the mark. Therefore, you can not add the two volumes to make a total of 150 mL.
