    Miezi 6 tu ya kazi utadai malipo gani? Sheria mpya ya kazi (inayotumika sasa) inahitaji mwajiri kukubaliana na mfanyakazi 'retrenchment package' (I think). Wenye kuijua waweke hapa kuwasaidia hawa 'waathirika'.

    mkuu nimekupata vizuri lakini huwezi fanya BPR at the time ambpo nodo ume launch product. Hiyo hufanyika muda mrefu baada ya kuoperate na unataka kubadilisha mambo ili kuboresha ufanisi. Lakini kwa hawa jaamaa hilo neneo kabisa si mahali pake. Wao watakuwa na matatizo hasa katika issue ya ushindani an technology.

    True! Nakumbuka. Yule sijui alikuwa engineer wao? I wish angejitokeza leo. Wenzao BOL wameshafunga mtambo, TTCL ndio hao wanachechemea, SASATEL wanafunga kidogokidogo kwa kupunguza wafanyakazi ndani ya miezi 6. Dansi la CDMA halichezeki Bongo!

    Very true! Na tatizo lao la msingi ni Vision.

    Maana walijua kabisa technology waliochagua na mazingira ya soko kabla hawajajitosa. Hata hao wanaopunguzwa hivi sasa hawakuhitajik kuajiriwa 6 months ago kama vision yao ingekuwa right.
