if you care about CDMA or GSM then CDMA will likely provide you with a better Quality service! As an end user I dont care what technology is being used behind the scene. All I need is a quality service. The rest is your internal strategies na ma engineer wenu.
tunapoongelea QoS tunamaanisha everything that guide better services, from fewer droped calls to less attenuation.
Then be happy when a company is focusing on bringing you better QoS instead of quick IPO and such.
I believe great companies are built on strong foundation.better services being the very important thing.
Failure is determined by your plan of action. You dont need 4 years or more to know you are a failure! If you (Dovetel) have done all your strategic plans and business analysis considering your game field environmental factors well and convinced yourself that you are a success, no one else can tell you otherwise. Put it in action, sisi yetu macho!
4 years means nothing in longterm business my friend, may be you have never been in one, some companies take 5 years to just break even!who have told you that they have failed?!as far as am concerned they haven't even started official services yet.so unless you are a witchdoctor, dooming them to fail is kind of immature.
Wengi wao wahahitaji simu for voice communications tu.
Kuwa na elimu ndogo sio sababu ya watanzania kuto-enjoy scalability ya CDMA or any better technology.talk about adaptation.i believe 10 years ago no one would find use of a cellphone to a fisherman or a bus driver.BUT fast foward 10 years later..,
