    Superdoll is a leading trailer manufacturer in Tanzania as well as distributors of world renowned automotive products such as Michelin tyres, BF Goodrich tyres, Mann filters, Hella, Corghi machines, Jost, Varta & Optima batteries, Textar brake linings, Heli forklifts etc

    We are looking to recruit suitable persons to strengthen our sales team and fill the positions of Sales Manager and Sales Executive. The applicants are expected to have keen business acumen and strong analytical mind, ability to quickly analyze & present opportunities, excellent interpersonal, communication, networking and teamwork skills for maintaining interfaces with different functions, be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines with minimum supervision, should possess extra ordinary communication and presentation skills.

    The SALES MANAGER Shall take care of our tyre and tyre related products and services and shall report to Head of sales

    Job Responsibilities:

    • To plan and achieve Sales and Collection targets
    • Maintain personal relationships with all customers to build business. To provide technical analysis and advice customers accordingly.
    • To provide quality training to drivers/ workshop managers etc on all products relating to our company. To be innovative and prOVide creative ideas to enhance sales and services.
    • Foreseeing sales on a weekly/ monthly/ quarterly and yearly basis.
    • Aggressively seeking out daily sales from new customers and providing long term direction to sales. Achieve sales targets through direct sales and tenders.
    • To manage and appoint new dealers to enhance sales.
    • Lead and manage the sales team, monitoring personal performance and development by arranging trainings as required.
    • Plan individual and group plans for the team and lead daily, weekly and monthly progress towards attainment of the targets.
    • Compile data, reports, forecasts etc associated with the sales function, customer support and corporate needs.
    • Motivate, lead, coach and develop team members to deliver expected results.


    • At least 5 years experience in tyres and at least two years as a manager. Strong communication in Kiswahili and English
    • Computer Literate
    • A graduate in business studies or equivalent.
