    Mahitaji: Viazi mviringo nusu kilo- vichemshe na maji mengi yenye chumvi bila kuvimenya
    Maharage machanga nusu kilo- yachemshe na maji mengi pia yenye chumvi
    Mwaga maji ya kuchemshia toa maganda ya viazi. Hifadhi viazi na maharage kwa kutenganisha katika jokofu.
    Nyanya 4/5 -zilizomenywa na kutolewa mbegu, zikate vipande vya wastani
    giligilani ya majani kodogo
    Dressing: chumvi 1/2 kijiko cha chai, ndimu vijiko 4 , mafuta ya mzaituni vijiko 4, pilipili manga ya kusagwa

    Kata vipande vya wastani viazi, maharage, nyanya na uvichanganye katika bakuli kubwa, mailizia kwa kuweka giligilani
    Changanya chumvi, ndimu, mafuta ya mzaituni na pilipili manga katika bakuli ndogo pembeni, hii utaweka katika sahani yako ukiwa mezani. Unaweza tunza saladi yako kwa siku 2-3 katika jokofu, waweza ichangamsha zaidi kwa kuongezea yai la kuchemsha.
