    [h=3]Social Security Board (RSSB) is a public institution established after the merger of Social Security Fund of Rwanda (SSFR) with the Rwanda Health Insurance Scheme (RAMA). The mandate of RSSB is to administer social security in Rwanda. The branches that are managed by RSSB include : pension,occupational risks and health insurance RSSB is seeking to recruit a self motivated and qualified employee of high integrity to fill the following positions. Only candidates who meet the mentioned requirements below are allowed to apply :[/h]
    Social Security Senior Advisor (1)

    • Minimum qualification of a Masters’ degree (MBA) in finance or Strategic Management.
    • Minimum of 5 years of experience in Social Security Administration, or equivalent to a Business Advisor in Social Security.
    • Must demonstrate commitment to RSSB’s mission, vision and values.
    • Management experience in the financial sector or operations in pension administration, employee benefits, brokerage, and a mutual fund company.
    • Experience in preparing pension strategies, reform policies, financial controls and investment plans.
    • Experience in both defined benefit scheme and defined contribution plans in pension business.
    • Problem-solving and business acumen skills.
    • Strong level of influence and negotiation skills
    • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
    • Able to work efficiently as a team member.
    • Fluency (both oral and written) in English, French and Kinyarwanda is required.

    Director of Investment Department (1)

    • Minimum qualification of a Masters degree in Corporate Finance and Investments with high academic achievement.
    • A professional course (CFA) charter holder in Financial Planning, Investment Analysis and valuation.
    • Minimum 5 years of working experience in Finance and Investment related function.
    • Knowledge of portfolio analysis, portfolio management, investment operations, pricing / valuation techniques.
    • Strong and proven financial modelling skills.
    • Ability to work in a highly visible and fast-paced environment.? Demonstrate commitment to RSSB’s mission, vision and values. ? Superior interpersonal skills, unassuming ego, and ability to work in a team environment.
    • Fluency (both oral and written) in English. Knowledge of French is added advantage.

    Branch Supervisor/Manager (1)

    • Minimum qualification of a Bachelors’s degree in Finance, Economics, Law. Public Administration, Management or other related field. A Masters degree would be an added advantage
    • At least with 3 years working experience in senior position
    • Must demonstrate commitment to RSSB’s mission, vision and values
    • Demonstrate openness to charge and ability to manage complexities
    • Interpersonal skills and communication skills

    Director of Real Estate development unit (1)

    • Minimum qualification of Bachelors degree in civil engineering
    • At least 3 years experience in construction field
    • Extensive experience I usage of computers software packages such as Arch card, Auto Card, proko, etc ;
    • Must demonstrate commitment to RSSB’s mission, vision and values
    • Fluency (both oral and written) in English, knowledge of French and Kinyarwanda is an advantage

    Medical Benefits Access Facilitators/Drug sellers (23)

    • A1 in nursing with a minimum of two years experience in medical field
    • Extensive experience in usage of computers and office software packages (MS Word, Excel etc)
    • Must demonstrate commitment to RSSB’s mission, vision and valuers
    • Fluency (both oral and written) in English, Knowledge of French and Kinyarwanda is an advantage

    Medical Benefits verification officers (3)

    • The applicant must have a minimum qualification of a Bachelors’ degree in Public administration Management, Accounting, Finance, Law, or other related field
    • At least 2 years working experience in administration or management
    • Must demonstrate commitment to RSSB’s mission, vision and values
    • Fluency (both oral and written) in English, knowledge of French is an advantage

    Registration officers (9)

    • The applicant must have a minimum qualification of a Bachelors’ degree in Public administration, Management, Accounting, Finance, Law, or other related field
    • At least 2 years working experience in administration or management
    • Must demonstrate commitment to RSSB’s mission, vision and values
    • Fluency (both oral and Written) in English, knowledge of French is an advantage

    Senior Librarian (1)

    • Minimum qualification of A1 in Librarian with at least 3 years of working experience
    • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to access frauds and implement appropriate measures to protect the documentation centre
    • Must demonstrate commitment to RSSB’s mission and values
    • Extensive experience in usage of computers and office software packages (MS Word, Excel etc) and handling web based management systems is required
    • Fluency (both oral and written) in English, knowledge of French is an advantage

    Librarian (1)

    • A1 in Librarian with 2 years working experience
    • Should have in depth knowledge of archive management
    • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
    • Must demonstrate commitment to RSSB ;s mission and vision and values
    • Should have undergone appropriate training in library management
    • Experience in usage of computers and office software packages (MS Word, Excel Etc) and in handling web based management systems is required
    • Fluency (both oral and written)) in English, knowledge of French is an advantage

    Cashiers (2)

    • A2 in accountant with relevant working experience of 3 years
    • Knowledge of office administration
    • Extensive experience in usage of computers and office software packages (MS Word, Excel etc) and in handling web-based management systems is required
    • Must demonstrate commitment to RSSB’s mission, vision and values

    Pharmaceutical Warehouse Clerks (3)

    • A2 in nursing with extensive knowledge in warehouse management
    • Working experience of 2 years
    • Stress management skills
    • Must demonstrate commitment to RSSB’s mission, vision and values
    • Extensive experience in usage of computers and office software packages (MS Word, Excel etc).
    • Fluency (both oral and written) in English, knowledge of French is an advantage

    Store Keepers (2)

    • Minimum of secondary education with at least 2years working experience in store keeping.
    • Analytical and problem solving skills.
    • Must demonstrate commitment to RSSB’s mission, vision and values
    • Extensive experience in usage of computers and office software package(MS Word, Excel etc)
    • Fluency (both oral and written)in English, French and Kinyarwanda is required.
