Rwanda overtakes Kenya as business haven in E. Africa

You talk sense sir. The news paper put it right that it is because the USA and British companies which were sourcing in Kenya and selling to Tanzania are now doing it directly from else where (egypt, SA or India) and not Tanzanias effort has resulted something tangible. The paper also put it right that it is only a matter of kenyan increasing food production. If that happens Tanzania will just go back to where it belongs "lagging behind kenya".

Stop dreaming that's a shallow minded analysis from a Xenophobic Kenyan your slap on the face doesnt come from agriculture produce but service provision that your dominance is fastly waning out! if Kenyan economy depends on service provision by 40% and if Rwanda, Burundi (signed a $2.5 bio. loan from Afdb Rwandan official calls for support of EA railway) and Uganda wants to build a railway network through Tanzania (Ug and Tz ministers signed agreements on that), how are you going to survive?

If not your refinery gonna turn into a white elephant project since Uganda refused to refine its oil at Mombasa and Tanzania refused to refine its gas at Mombasa (recently signed a $7 bio. with Ophir under British Gas Company is to commercialize the gas discoveries in the south Daily News | Ophir Energy firm to explore gas in Mtwara, whereas it is said Iran gonna put up a refinery of not less than $3 bio. in Kampala).

Moreover Noor Oil and Industrial Technology Consortim (NOITC) signed a deal to construct a refinery plus pipeline all the way to Kigoma (Daily News | Modern oil refinery for Dar es Salaam)! Guess what targeting Rwanda, Burundi and Uganda! Moreover, Tanzania plans to sell 49% of its collapsing airline soon to either a Chinesse or American investor! negotiation is current underway! enjoy and keep watching
