Rubani wa Air Zahra ashushwa ndani ya ndege na TCAA

Oh!! Mimi najiuliza swali si vibaya kama mtu yupo kisheria akakuomba leseni yako , Kutompa ni kosa kwani yeye ametumwa Serikali au anafuata sheria kwani Tanzania Inaendeshwa na Utawala wa Sheria lakini utekelezaji wake ni wa kusuasua. Mimi naunga mkono Hoja kwamba Lazima ashushwe tena Ashtakiwe mahakamani kwa ku oppose law. kwani tunajua hata askari akikuomba kitambulisho chako na wewe ukafahamu kwamba huyu ni askari ambaye yupo kwa ajili yako unatakiwa kumpa hili swala halina mjadala. Yeye sawa ni Rubani wa siku nyingi lakini amejishusha status kwa kushindwa kufikia malengo ya ujuzi, uzoefu na ujasiri wake. Apelekwe mahakamani wewe kama upo legal kwanini ukatae??????????

Rubani Makinda is one of senior pilots in Tz.Sijui ni kwa vipi aliweza kurusha ndege kipindi chote hiki halafu asahau swala la licencing ambalo ni muhimu sana.Lakini wabaya zaidi ni mwajiri wake aliyeweza kumpa kazi bila kujali compliance. Kibaya mno mno mwenye ZahraAir mwenyewe ni pilot aliyebobea ila kwa vile siyo Mtz ( mhindi-mwingereza) alidhani Tz ni kichwa cha mwendewazi unaweza ukafanya upendavyo na hawatafanya lolote!
Nadhani this time TCAA na mamlaka husika wameonyesha kuwa polepole mwendawazimu anapona na kurudia fahamu zake.

Hapa pana jambo. Huyu Capt. Makinda ni among the most experienced and long serving pilots in Tanzania. Yeye alianza career yake na East African Airways, akaendelea na Air Tanzania, akajiunga na Saudia Airlines na nadhani pia aliserve na Kenya Airways (hapa sina uhakika).

Sasa TCAA kusema hana leseni hilo ni la kushangaza. Hapa kunaweza kuwa na mambo mawili:-

1. Ugomvi wa kibiashara. Huenda mashirika yaliyopo yana feel threatened na ujiao wa Zahra. Hasa Precision na ATC.

2. Huenda mtu kamchomea Capt wa watu kuwa leseni yake ime expire. Na watu wa kuchomea huko watakuwa ni hao hao washindani.

Kama alivyosema mtoa mada. Air Zahra inahitajika kutoa maelezo kwa umma.

Labda alizidisha masaa ya kuruka
 
JK tusimzungumzie kabisaaaa....mpk atapoanza kuwa serious. Ardhi ni isue nyingine kabisaaa mbaya zaidi hata wabongo wa kawaida hawakubali ili swala, tunaona ndugu zetu wa musoma wanavyouliwa na kuporwa mifugo na wakenya alafu eti tuwalete bongo hapanaaaaaa, namshauri mkuu amalize miaka yake 10 bila kuligusa hili swala then tulishughulikie wenyewe.....

tk nashukuru saana kwa maelezo yako/analysis, lakini kuna kitu ambacho umejichanganya, nacho ni kwamba umesema ni rubani mzuri well and good, pia na inaweza kuwa ni kutokana na ugomvi wa kibiashara lakini wakati huo huo umeeleza taarifa ya kwamba leseni yake inaweza kuwa ime-expire, sasa in conclusion kufuatana na sheria inapokuwa ime-expire huna haki ya kurusha ndege hii ni kutokana ni kwamba uwezo wa muhusika upo subject for re-assessment kama mambo ya macho, pressure nk . na nafikiri kuchukua njia ya kusema kachomewa etc etc sio muafaka.

Matukio ya ndege, copter kuanguka yamezidi ajabu watu wanashupalia mtu aendeshe ndege kwa uzoefu kama ana matatizo kiafya hakidhi viwango si atawadondosha. Ajali barabarani mnasema traffic wala rushwa hawa nao wivu! Tubadilike, sheria zifuatwe
 
Kama kachomewa license ime expire na ikawa kweli ime expire, kosa la mtoa taarifa liko wapi?

Kwani kuombwa leseni ni lazima kosa liwe kwenye leseni tu? Na kama the man was innocent kwa nini asitoe leseni?

Kosa la pilot mmoja ndiyo lizuie routes za shirika zima?

Angalizo, kwa safari za anga, ni afadhari kuchelewa kwa kujiridhisha kabla, kuliko kudharau alarms mkaishia kutafuta kisanduku cheusi.

Si vizuri kutoa judgement kwa assumptions kabla facts hazijapatikana.
