    Wakati anakamatwa rubani feki alikuwa akiendesha ndege kama hii ya shirika la ndege la Corendon Airlines

    Maafisa wa Uholanzi wamemkamata rubani feki raia wa Sweden ambaye kwa kutumia vyeti feki vya urubani amekuwa akiendesha ndege za abiria kwa miaka 13 bila kugundulika. Rubani huyo mwenye umri wa miaka 41 alitiwa mbaroni kwenye uwanja wa ndege wa Schiphol mjini Amsterdam akijiandaa kuirusha ndege ya abiria 101 toka Uholanzi kuelekea Uturuki.

    Rubani huyo mwenye makazi yake mjini Milan nchini Italia kwa miaka 13 alitumia vyeti feki na kufanikiwa kuendesha ndege za abiria za mashirika ya ndege ya Uingereza, Italia na Ubelgiji.


    Kufuatia taarifa waliyotonywa na maafisa wa Sweden, maafisa wa Uholanzi walimnyanyua rubani huyo toka kwenye kiti cha rubani wakati akijiandaa kuanza safari ya kuelekea Uturuki akiwa na abiria 101 kwenye ndege aina ya Boeing 737.


    Taarifa zilisema kuwa rubani huyo aliwahi kuwa na leseni ya kuendesha ndege ndogo ambayo pia ilikuwa imeisha muda wake na alikuwa haruhusiwi kuendesha ndege kubwa.


    Wakati anakamatwa rubani huyo ambaye jina lake liliwekwa kapuni alikuwa akiendesha ndege ya shirika la Uturuki la Corendon Airlines.


    Rubani huyo amewekwa mahabusu mjini Amsterdam akisubiria kufikishwa mahakamani kwa makosa ya kufoji vyeti na kuendesha ndege bila leseni.

    Kama alishawahi kuwa na leseni basi haina ishu, nilidhani hajawahi hata kwenda shule ya urubani.

    Sasa hawa watu nawashangaa sana. Kwani amewezaje kuendesha ndege hizo kubwa kwa miaka 13 bila madhara kutokea kama hafai? Hapa naona wanatetea kitu kilichojificha. Si wampe mtihani ili waverify cheti chake? Kama utoaji wa vyeti ni mgumu, kwa nini asitumie njia mbadala kuvipata ikiwa short cuts zipo na anaweza kuperform kuliko wenye vyeti "halali"?

    Nilidhani usalama kwanza, kumbe vyeti kwanza? Ona sasa ati cheti cha ndege ndogo kimeisha muda wake, sasa ukiwa na cheti cha darasa la saba utaendelea kukitumia hata baada ya kupata cheti cha chuo kikuu?

    Mizengwe katika control husababisha short cuts kibao. Ningewapongeza kama wangejali hasara aliyoileta katika miaka 13 kwa kuwa na cheti alicho nacho. Degree isiyo na reflection kwenye utendaji inafaa nini? Engeneer wa veta anaweza kuwa na tija zaidi kuliko Engeneer mwenye PhD, ndivyo ninavyoamini mimi. profesa wa Medicini anaweza kuua mgonjwa ambaye angeweza kuokolewa na Auxilliary. Sasa wanatafuta kazi hiyo wenye makaratasi "halali" wameamua kumtafutia skendo bwana huyu ili atoke wachukue wenyewe. Sio Bongo tu kumbe mambo haya kutokea.

    Tunafikiri sawasawa, maana kama angekuwa hajawahi kwenda darasa la urubani kabisa , ningeconclude kwamba he is GENIUS, naningeshauri wamwache, huyu kafanya kosa lakuto update leseni zake ila anaelimu ya urubani, tofauti na wataalamu feki wa huko bongo, maana unakuta mtu anaigiza daktari kumbe ni kuhiyo kabisa.

    There is no excuse or justification what so ever ya kuwa na vyeti feki. Mtu yeyote ambaye ni genuinely competent hawezi shindwa kupata cheti halali, however skewed the system is. No system is perfect. Watu wanaogushi vyeti ni wahalifu period!!

    Hiyo article haikusema kama huyu bwana alikua anarusha hiyo ndege kama Captain au First Officer. Kama alikua First Officer, yaani msaidizi tu wa nahodha, inaweza kua ngumu kumgundua maana yeye kazi yake kubwa ni kufuata maelekezo ya Captain. Mtu yeyote anayeweza kukariri vyombo vya ndani ya ndege kupitia vitabu, manuals, videos, simulation games na hata kupitia internet bila kwenda flying school anaweza akafanya kazi ya u-first officer bila kustukiwa kwamba ni feki. Tatizo ni pale Captain akishindwa kurusha/kutua kwa sababu yeyote ile na huyu "First Officer" akatakiwa ku-take control.

    Mkuu, nakushauri uangalie documentaries za aviation industry ili upanue mawazo. Kurusha ndege si kama kurusha tiara. Flying is a very serious business.

    Iam positively puzzled!
    Miaka 13 ya kuendesha ndege, vyeti feki, bila ajali hata moja!

    Huyu ni pilot makini sana, na ni hazina/lulu katika industry hii!
    Huyu avalidate vyeti vyake tu, na aendelee na kazi yake!
    Nina uhakika katika miaka yote hiyo amekutana na situations nyiingi sana angani ambazo zinahitaji critical decision making, na amefanya bila kuleta ajali!

    Practically, this guy is a genius, let him just do the paperwork and go back enroute!

    Siku ukiwa unasafiri na ndege alafu ikaanguka kisha baadae ukiwa ICU unakuja kuambiwa jamaa aliyeiangusha alikua na vyeti feki sidhani kama hii hapo juu ndo itakua reaction yako.

    Hold on, but we are not informed kama hakuwahi kupata ajali! Au na wewe umeingia mkumbo wa kufikiri kama angekuwa amepata ajali asingekuwepo!!! Remember kwenye ajali siyo lazima watu wapoteze maisha... Mifano iko mingi tu e.g. ile ajali ya ndege ya Mwanza hivi majuzi!

    kitu cha kwanza ni kumfurahia kwa uendeshaji mzuri
    pili kweli kosa wananchotakiwa kama ameweza endesha muda wote
    ndege kubwa hilo ni jinias ,...walipelke kwenye course apate rate ya
    hizo ndege,....unaeza ua kipaji cha mtu kwa kukosa maarifa ndio maana biblia inasema wanamjua sana mungu lakini hawana maaarifa

    Akuna ajira unayopewa ya pilot bila kuonyesha license,bongo sawa naweza amini si mnamkumbuka yule wa airzahra alierusha ndege almost miezi sita wanakuja dai amefoji mwaka na huku license ya tanzania inaonyesha amesha expire,...akadai anatumia ya kenya ambako aliwadanganya...hii ndio tansaania
