Roles of kadhi courts

If they are not ''islamic cases''....yes it is the STATE....and there are no such rulings or sentencing like STONING.....CHOPPING OF HANDS...etc...etc......otherwise if a moslem breaks a law they are treated like any other subject of the STATE

Even Muslims cases are now financed by the government and at a very high price as they take longer in waiting for Islamic scholars advice.

Kadhi courts in Tanzania and other countries who are not governed by Islamic laws are not for criminal cases and they are solely for some civil cases, clearly defined. Kadhi courts are not strange or new in Tanzania, don't you know that these courts exists in Zanzibar and were even existing in Tanzania before they were banned by Nyerere? whats the big deal now?

On the other thought, with the current criminal trends in Tanzania and other parts of the world being on increase, we shall all push for Islamic laws to be the governing laws in Tanzania, it will help in reducing crime.

Imagine a fisadi instead of being jailed for 4 or 5 years for stealing billions, his hands are chopped of or put to death, believe me they would think a million times before they commit a crime and 99% of them would rather not.
