The International Consultant:
Mr. James Friedlander.

Associate Partners:
The Partners are supported by a tier of Associate Partners whose number is ever rising from year to year. Late 2006 REX promoted four of its Associate Partners to Partners.

Legal Officers:
REX for the time being has six (6) Legal Officers, which is a cadre of lawyers joining the firm after graduating from university and who get trained by the Partners at REX in the various specializations. REX engages them on permanent employment terms. REXs long-term strategy is to evolve an interactive in-house structured training programme for the Legal Officers purposely tailored to develop them into fee-earning Associate Partners within a given span of time.

IT, Accounts and Administration:
REX has an IT, Accounting and Administration headed by Business Manager. The average man-power complement of REX including Partners is 29.

There IS ONLY ONE EXPLANATION FOR THIS ATTROCITY; REX WAS THE CONSULTANT FOR BOTH PARTIES. FROM THERE THEY CHOSE WHO IS AT LOW RISK OF CAUSING PROBLEM TO THEM AND WHO PAYS MORE. THEN THE ONE PAID MORE EARNED THEIR GOOD DEFENCE AND THAT WITH LOW PRICE WITH LOW RISK OF CAUSING TROUBLE ENDED UP IN DEEP SHIT.

GOD BLESS TANZANIA SUCH A BEAUTIFUL COUNTRY WITH GREAT PEACE OF WHICH EVERYBODY IS PROUD INCLUDING YOU! [Recall my comment that There is no peace in Tanzania, because in peaceful country such conduct will cause a high ranked personnel to land in court with trison case!]

Taaanza nia x2
