Natanguliza shukrani wanajamii.

Nimedhamilia kufanya biashara ya mamalishe hapa dar maeneo ya kinondoni.nimevutiwa sana na hii biashara kwani mtaji wake ni mdogo ukiwianisha na mzunguko wa mauzo ya at least 50,000tshs per day /so it a really entrepreneurship.
let capital of 2mill budgeted as-laki 6 rental for 6month's,6laki for facilities and 8laki for operating expenses.
Sasa naomba nisaidieni kuchanganua budget na nitashukuru kupata mifano hai kwani natumaini some of you are rich of experience on this matter.
let say nahitaji mwanamke serious wa kupika na dada wa kuhudumia wateja sambamba na kaka wa kufuata mahitaji ambao wanalipwaje kutokana na uzoefu wenu ili mradi at least 50,000 haiguswi.

Bado sijaanza ndio najikusanya kupata mbinu za nyie wadau hapa JF kwani naamini mpo wataalamu wa hio mradi humu ndani
like how to operate.jinsi ya kusimamia mradi kwa ufanisi.

kulinganisha na za waswahili....
So ushauri wangi,hebu chunguza restaurant za watu hao kwanza
ikibidi kaibe wapishi huko....
 
Kwanza nikupe hongera kwani tayari umekuwa na feasible budget, wapo wajasilimali wengi ambao wanataka kuanzisha kitu ukimuuliza budget yako iko wapi anabaki kimya.

Cha kwanza kwenye hii biashara ya mgahawa ni LOCATION, jee eneo unalo chukua liko busy mide gani? Jee rush hour zake zinafanana vipi? Cha pili chee wapinzani wako wamekaa vipi? Cha tatu, Jee ni nini utafanya tofauti kuvutia wateja tofauti na wapinzani wako. Ukishamaliza kufanya Macro analysis, then unaanza kufanya Micro analysis. Jee utakuwa na vyakula vingapi katika Menu? Jee utatumia style ya order tunapika au tushapika ukija tunakupalia. Jee unataka biashara iwe short term au long term? Na kama long term jee unategemea kuongeza capital kwa kiasi gani na kwa muda gani? Lazima utumie "What If" scenerio kwa muda mrefu ili kujua wapi utaka kwenda.

yeah hii restaurant itakuwa ya kawaida/middle class in case of mswahil,mhindi or mzungu atakuwa potential customer kwani akidiriki tu kupata service for a first basi lazima ataipenda huduma na hivyo atatamani kuja tena.
itakuwa located uswahilini ila itakuwa smart ndiyo maana najipanga kwa kuwaombeni maufundi wadau hapa JF.

first wahudumu wanakuwa wasafi,and kind person.mpishi mzoefu /kaka wa kusogeza mahitaji.
menu:breakfast......maziwa fresh,supu,chai,uji wa ulezi ,andazi,chapati,mayai n.k

:Lunch....wali/ugali/pilau nyama,kuku,dagaa,mbogamboga/maharage/samaki
chips kuku/mayai/mshikaki/bite
:Dinner......// // //

:dinner table safi,tissue,tooth stick,havikosi mezani.
:promosheni....one bottle of uhai drinking water 250ml free....considering maji ni uhai.
