Naamini Kagame anastahili ICC kama vile na Kikwete anavyostahili pia. Kuuwa raia kwa minajili na faida za kisiasa kunafanyika DRC na pia hapa Tanzania. Hawa wawili wanasimamia utekelezaji wa ukiukwaji mbaya wa haki za kibinadamu mbele ya macho yetu.

Tofauti pekee ni kuwa Kagame kauwa watu wengi zaidi kuliko Kikwete. Ni wazi kama vile Kagame anavyopora maliasili za DRC ni hivyo hivyo Kikwete (yeye, familia yake, rafiki zake na chama chake CCM) wanavyopora rasilimali za Tanzania kila kuikicha huku Watanzania kwa mamilioni wakizidi kuzama katika ziwa la umaskini.
