    Hi wana-JF?
Think of any project..

Kuna mambo mengi ya msingi hujayataja!! wht's ur motive, social impact or economical impact? in which social group/class du wish 2 support? poor households?students?disadvantaged, or?! since u're too general, let me assume unataka kuwasaidia kuwakwamua wabongo wenzako kiuchumi!!! If so, invest in agricultural project, where u'll allow outgrowers 2 benefit from ur project, but plz, let it not be NGO!!

Look at the community you are targeting. What problems/challenges is it facing? Then conceive a project to address the problems/challenges. Of course if it is a profit making venture you must conduct a feasibility study to determine the viability of the project taking into account the product(s), technology, market factors, capital requirements, human resources, etc . But since you are abroad you can also borrow some ideas which you can adapt to the Tanzania environment. Good Luck.
