    • Management of Administration section
    • Policy Formulation and Development
    • Work planning and budgeting for the section
    • Monitoring of Budget Performance and submission of Performance Status Reports to Head of Department and CFO.
    • Implementation of Board and Management Policies related to provision of support services.
    • Procurement of items required by the Bank.
    • Stock Management.
    • Management of Bank property.
    • Non-Life Insurance and Inventory Management.
    • Verification and Processing of bills and other payments.
    • Transport and Fleet Management
    • Checking and verifying payments before forwarding them to the Head HRA or Managing Director for approval in line with authorized approval limits.
    • Preparation of working documents for Contracts Committee meetings and follow up of decisions on procurement of items, renewal of service contracts for office equipment and machines and other related matters.
    • Compiling and submission of sectional reports to Head of HRA every quarter.
    • Chairing sectional meetings and follow up of implementation of decisions made.



    • A second class and above degree in, Commerce, Business Administration, Procurement and Logistics or Economics from a recognized University.
    • A Masters degree in Management or related field an added advantage.
    • A Professional qualification in CIPS.

    At least five (5) years working experience in a similar post.

    • Strong Communication skills.
    • Excellent coordination and Organizational skills.
    • High degree of Integrity and confidentiality.
    • Good Computer skill or knowledge is desirable.
    AGE: Not above 35 years.
