    Investor wengi wanaofanya kazi zao hapa nchini wamekua hawapendelei kuchukua watu waliosoma ama proffessionals kwa kigezo cha gharama za kuwalipa. Mfano utakuta security guard wa getinimiaka ya 2006 leo hii ni HR officer kule Migodini, huyu anakuwa amejaaliwa kufika kidato cha nne tuu. Hapo voda kuna binti alikuwa secretary sasa amepewa umeneja. Na hii imeonekana zaidi kwa makaburu huwa wanapenda sana kutumia watu illiterate ili kusiwe na challenges katika operations.Nafikiri tanzania tunawasomi wengi na kwenye nafasi zinanzohitaji wwasomi tuwape wasomi. Disadvantage ya hii theory ni kwamba ukifukuzwa kazi huwezi kwenda sehemu nyingine ukawa na same position mfano kuna HR director mmoja akifukuzwa kazi leo hawezi kwenda company nyingine sababu elimu yake haijatimia. Wadau mnaonaje?????

    Inawezekana huyo mlinzi au huyo secretary wameenda shule wakiwa wanaendelea na kazi zao ndio maana baada ya kumaliza wakapandishwa cheo, na vile vile corporate world imebadilika sana siku hizi, vyeti havina sana umuhimu bali uwezo wa mtu, nafikiri wakati umefika kwa watanzania kubadilika, tusisomee tu cheti bali kuelewa na kutafuta relevant experience.
